The part description I needed was incorrect. The website image appeared to be exactly what I needed but the sales staff lost interest when they discovered that I had bought the wheel chair second hand, leaving me with the impression that actually they had no real knowledge of their products.

Your service was excellent and helpful. Unfortunately, I am quite poorly at the moment and have only today been able to bet out of my apartment to post the documents you need.
I have been able to use my wheelchair around the building and today I had my first adventure outside and got to the postbox without any mishaps.

From when I first ordered the wheelchair, getting somebody who called me back to make sure it was exactly right for my needs .
Once I got the wheelchair, it was exactly what I needed. It folds up easily and it goes into the car perfectly.

Great company and chairs
I purchased a Smart Chair 1 for my wife from Lith-Tech in Farnham a short time ago.
We visited Lith-Tech and was met by Will who first listened and understood our needs then showed us the differnt chairs, it was important the chair could cope with our visits to National Trust properties and some forest trails etc., Will could not have been more helpful.
Having decided on the Smart Chair 1 I attempted to lift it into my small hatchback boot with a deep lip and quickly discovered that was not an option (I am an 83yr old), 'Will' then demonstrated the use of ramps, this made it an easy option taking all the strain away from my back both when loading and unloading, I have yet to try the 'drive' method as wheeling it up the ramps is perfectly straight forward.
Lith-Tech is an excellent company to deal with and I highly recommend them, including their excellent online videos.

Buy from people passionate about what they do!
After much research, I decided to purchase a Lith-tech xl 1 chair. We met Will at the Farnham location. He was fantastic, so knowledgeable and kind, and he steered us to the right chair for me. He made sure we knew everything needed to properly use the chair, and he patiently guided me through practice with the chair. We are confident we got a great chair that will be with us a long time. I also want to mention the great instructional videos Lith- tech has online. The videos really show how passionate they are about what they do, as well as their confidence in their product. Definitely recommend
Everyone was really pleasant to deal with and very accommodating when we went down to visit. Paul was patient and spent time wanting to get to know my needs and concerns. At no time did we feel under pressure either in time or to purchase a product. We were able to take it for a test run around the unit and see what it was capable of. For us, it was along journey and tiring day, but worth it to come awa feeling we had the product we needed. Can't wait to get out and use in the real world now

This was the best company I have ever had experience with helping me to find the best powerchair for my disability. They are honest and direct with the help and support they offer. Their products are second to none and I felt completely confident in purchasing my powerchair with the quality and stability it gave me when testing it out. Quick and friendly service
I decided to get an extra battery to extend my range, but I couldn’t find the connector in the online store. I messaged , and was told that if I order the battery and add a note re the connector, they would add it free of charge. Big tick number 1

Fabulous experience from start ti finish. This is the second chair I've purchased. I recieved a full explanation of options to choose from based on my needs from friendly knowledgeable staff.
As I needed a urgent replacement I ordered over the phone and they arranged a next morning delivery so I could attend an event at lunchtime. Chair came set up and ready to go.
Chair is exactly what I wanted and I couldn't be happier.

I can highly recommend Lith-Tech…
I can highly recommend Lith-Tech Mobility. Excellent quality product. Excellent service. Very knowledgeable staff. And an excellent driving lesson outside on the road and pavements. I am so happy with my purchase and the benefit of the lesson has made such a difference. Some places let you out in the car park but there are no curbs or sloping pavements. Here at Farnham I was taught all scenarios. I used my chair at the shopping mall for the first time this week and the first shop i went into I was an approached by a gentleman who was looking for a chair for his sister. He loved the look the quality and we chatted for ages. He took a photo of the chair so he had the name and I am sure he will be contacting Lith-Tech very soon.

Designed and built in the uk power wheelchair
I wanted a well built power wheelchair, my mind told me it must be built in the uk, spent a lot of time hunting on the web and found Lith-Tech with all the u tube videos, after a chat with Toby I placed order and received it the next day.
