Stuart the driver was amazing, nothing was to much for him, he was full of fascinating information, and such a nice person.
Hotel was lovely, staff was great. Will go again.

It was a lovely holiday all the trips out were good except spending 4 hours in Fort William was a little toooo long. Everything else was excellent as usual

Good holiday .One or two niggles at breakfast getting main courses mixed up.Last morning trying to serve everybody at the same time was chaotic.

First time with Lochs & Glens to The Highland Hotel Fort William with a friend. Great experience from start to finish. Pickup on time, good journey, our driver Stewart, knowledgeable, very friendly and comical character made 4 comfort stops. The staff at Highlands were always very polite and nothing was too much trouble. Varied and good menu for breakfast and dinners throughout the days we were there. Very good value for money, rooms are clean and have all you need. Hotel is in a beautiful location with amazing views. We made friends with such lovely people and enjoyed every day. 10/10 for organisation, looking forward to the next one.

Booking was simple and straightforward.
Coach was comfortable with good seating and legroom, plenty of comfort breaks on outward and homeward journeys.
Hotel was good,with large rooms and comfortable seating etc
Excursions were really good and interesting.
Coach driver was very friendly and helpful

Hotel and food excellent
Slightly disappointed at length of time at certain stops. Excursions could be more precise about how long the stops are what they consisted of.
For example -Trip to Aberfeldy was only a photo stop and not time to visit the town as was trip to Crieff.
Would have liked more time in St Andrews.

Our fantastic driver John W made our holiday even more special. He ensured that all of us were able to enjoy all our trips. The hotel was quiet but of course the welcome we received from trainee manager Richard and the team was great.
Food, service, cleanliness up to exceptional standard

⁰well organised holiday. Marcus our driver was excellent. The hotel was comfortable and clean the food was great and the staff were friendly. The only criticism was that the dining room was a bit slow and you had to be on the coach at a certain time in the mornings.

we were imppressed with the puntuality in pickup ,and all through our trip.
hotel was very good.staff excellant . Food very good only thing needed changing were bathroom towels,well past their sell by date.

Restaurant staff very efficient but a little robotic, especially the first couple of days, became more relaxed.
Good value for money.

We had a bus that wasn't Lochs & Glens. It broke down day two. Our Driver had never even been to our area and had no knowledge at all ! We missed out lots of our planned itinerary and one day spent 7 hours travelling on a coach to just literally get an egg sandwich!! Another day, we were just dropped and left totally to our own devices! Totally sold short!!

Fabulous holiday with a brilliant Karin at the wheel, and she is so knowledgeable.
Having no leg room and seat belts do tight you can’t move at all is a big downside, the only thing that would stop us from booking with Lochs and Glens again.

A beautiful hotel in a beautiful location a little spoiled because of the storms. Excellent coach drivers with a wealth of knowledge.

You are looked after from beginning to end. Tour drivers so good, hotel clean and comfortable with good food. Couldn't ask for more.
