Nice hotel, good food , great knowledgeable driver, who was brilliant

10 yr devotes.lovely locations . Miss true or false John ..... hope the new owners keep the same format and value. Liked the genuine longer term drivers, not the new ones so much who can condesend to the grey pound dementia treatment. Staff less and less Scottish but well trained, food is much better now. Excellent. Entertainment panders to those born in the 40s +50s . I think people warm to traditional Scottish heritage music and dance to be on the Safe side/themed holiday.well done but don't get Warner's faceless

Everything about the holiday was excellent. It was good value for money.

The hotel itself along with all the staff was wonderful. Our biggest issue was with the substitute bus they sent! Our driver, Dawn, was excellent but the bus itself was not. It hadn’t been cleaned and prepared properly, the heating/air con appeared faulty, the toilet didn’t function properly and the bus broke down.
We were extremely lucky that the weather was very kind to us. We managed to see Scotland in all its beauty!

So disappointed with our first Lochs and Glens holiday. Ardgartan Hotel was set in a wonderful location but that was the only positive. The food was such a poor quality , canteen food at best without flavour and bland. Meals were regimented and rushed - hardly a dining experience. The bedroom was large but again sparse and void of character - the TV was minuscule and unwatchable . The excursions were spoilt by a driver who refused to shut up - yes, it was good to learn about the area but constantly going on about trolls, fairies and other nonsense was tedious . There was entertainment at night which was ‘ok’ but more suitable for the elderly guests who were in the majority. We have used other companies for tours of Scotland who,provided a much better experience. We will not be using Lochs and Glenn’s again. very dissapointed.

I really enjoyed my holiday with lochs and glens from the time I got on the coach in gordano.the hotel was great,the staff and not forgetting john our driver who was super.I Will certainly be going on another.

I have recently travelled to the Ardgartan Hotel with my friend, had a lovely time, amazing hotel, we were very well looked after, great trips and a lovely coach driver. Great value for money. My late hubby and I have been to all of the hotels over the years, each one fabulous in its own right. Highly recommend if you're thinking of booking a coach holiday.

Although the coach was not up to lochs n Glenn's standards even breaking down Dawn keeps us all safe unfortunately the coach had spearmint and bubbly stuck to handles on back of seats also an old Sandwich on the try when I pulled it down Dawn helped me clean and make the area fit to sit in after saying that still not put me off first time I've had a problem But Booked again for next August Highlands hotel hopefully the last experience was a one off.

Comfortable coaching experience. Excellent hotel. Good excursions. Excellent driver, Josh and his stand in for two days, Stuart.

Trips are always great from start to finish . Hotels are always well kept and staff very helpful. Latest trip was perfect as always.

First of all we had a replacement coach which on the fourth day broke down.
Secondly this is meant to be a five star hotel, five star hotels have a proper kitchen with a chef, as a result the food was heated in a microwave. One of the trips to Oban was great but the other 2 days was a waste of time. The driver Dawn was absolutely brilliant. Come on Lochs and Glens you can do a lot better!!!

Everything worked out so well, starting with the driver, Morag, and includes all the hotel staff. The location and holiday were brilliant. Looking forward to my next trip with Lochs and Glens.

Excellent hotel, staff, rooms and food. As usual made very welcome on arrival and throughout stay. Very good trips and fortunate with the weather. Bonus!!
Morag our courier made it even more special. What an asset returning to L&G with her warmth, driving skills particularly reversing (!) and knowledge and love of the area. Phil who was our relief driver gif the day was also very good. Travelled with them on previous occasions a long time ago Although long journey travelling straight through has to be a big consideration. Extra time in Scotland of course. Praise also to the jockeys taking us up to and back from exchange points. Always helpful and friendly. Yet another excellent L&G holiday. See you soon I hope. On waiting list for June 2027 Fingers crossed

Very well organised tour
Booking easy but you do have to book immediately when tours released if want a single room. We stayed at inversnaid hotel on loch Lomond very clean warm hotel great food sometimes portions too big 😁 staff very helpful dining room service is excellent
Only downside was if the hotel ferry not available due to bad weather the 11miles from the town to the hotel is a bit hairy! As very narrow and lots of bends very close to the edges. Takes from 35-55mins!! Excellent coach drivers tho!
Trips out very good but some places didn't have enough time for sightseeing. Glencoe is an unbelievable sight, the scenery around Scotland is amazing all my family 80-90years had a brilliant time definitely recommend Lochs &Glens

The holiday was what we expected, good room, food and excursions. Our driver Dave was excellent, very informative and positive. A very enjoyable break, so good we've booked another for next year.

This was our second holiday with Lochs & Glens and they have come up trumps again.

A very well organised company, friendly staff and good choice of food.

I would definitely take a further trip in the future.

Had an amazing 6 day trip to the Highland Hotel Fort William . Excellent staff first class food . Very comfortable large bedroom with lovely views very clean in all areas. Made to feel special and welcome at all times .

Great holiday from start to finish. Our coach drivers John and Stuart were brilliant, very courteous and knowledgeable, especially Stuart who was our main driver on the tour.
Hotel and staff excellent . Food was good throughout with plenty of choices. Would highly recommend Lochs & Glen's holidays

Stuart the driver was amazing, nothing was to much for him, he was full of fascinating information, and such a nice person.
Hotel was lovely, staff was great. Will go again.
