Lovely hotel. Pleasant room excellent staff very good food also a extremely good drivers

We were very disappointed with the holiday as it has always been excellent. the bus was very cold and dirty when we were picked up and never cleaned the entire holiday. The toilet was totally full ad unusable by the end. We had no commentary while touring and many of us felt we had been bumped in places for far too long. Hotel and staff were of the usual high standard. I had persuaded friends to come as they had never bus toured before and I was embarassed that it was not your usual standard. We no feel we will be reluctant to holiday with you again.

We had an amazing holiday with Lochs and Glens recently. Everyone one we came across from Brian, our coach driver, to the reception staff, restaurant staff and everyone else, they were helpful, friendly and provided a first-class service. Hopefully we will get to do it again. Thank you, Jane & Ken

The hotel and food was excellent. Staff very helpful and friendly. More time needed at kelvinogrove museum it was inspiring. All trips very good and the driver, Tom, very good. Will definitely be booking again. Thank you for a brilliant holiday 😀

Coach driver lizzie was brilliant hotel lovely and all the staff friendly and because I have a dairy problem the cheff really look after me deffently 5 star for me

Was very impressed by the welcome from all members of staff within the Fort William Hotel family & drivers.
First impressions of the hotel were amazing.
Rooms were ideal for our stay & very clean.
Plenty of choice for food at every sitting.
Coach driver Tracey was very knowledgeable & great fun.

Disappointed that certain elements on the itinerary were not possible before we arrived yet nothing else put in place.

Journey home was hard going but mostly due to clock time change 😞

Everything about the holiday was good,Food was great ,Steve the driver was excellent,lovely town too.Although we we’re looking forward to an open fire .

Everything is organised so well, hotels are really nice and comfortable, itineraries good, food good nothing to complain about at all

Professional friendly and helpful drivers throughout as were the hotel staff, wonderful excursions giving great opportunities to enjoy the stunning scenery, food in the hotel was excellent too great value for money and wonderful experience from start to finish.

Hotel excellent, as with the staff and food, and rooms.
Good entertainment in the evening.
Felt Dunoon was a waste of time, a lot of shops closed.
Would like more free time at the hotel, felt rushed a lot of the time,got back from trip, just enough time to get changed for dinner, rushed breakfast to get on the coach in the morning.

My wife and I had a fab time at: The Highland Hotel, in Fort William for a 5 night stay in April 2026.
Loch & Glens own the Hotels and the coach transport and have a finely tuned seamless process - Transport was timely and comfortable - Hotel was well presented, comfortable and clean - Dinning was adequate with tasty choices for both breakfast and the evening meal - Evening entertainment was pleasant.
Lochs & Glens main asset is their staff, hotel and drivers alike, they were all absolutely fabulous!

Excellent Hotel and Driver Food good location excellent

Had a 5 day trip to Scotland. Stayed at the Ardgarten Hotel. Driver Tom was amazing, very helpful, was very knowledgeable about the places we visited, great people person skills. Hotel was beautiful, beautiful views, very scenic setting. Staff were very helpful and polite, Hotel was stunning and very clean. Food was of a good standard. Great value for money.

The staff are brilliant. Rooms and facilities were lovely and clean. Towels changed daily and beds made.

The food is good and able to ask for substitutions.

Thoroughly enjoyed our Lochs and Glens holiday at the Inversnaid hotel. The location of the hotel is stunning, the hotel itself is beautiful and the staff were great. My only criticism with the hotel was the quality of the food at some of the meals was quite poor (we left feedback at the hotel to this effect). Overall though the food was adequate. There was an issue with our coach on the outbound journey which was resolved quickly and Roddy our coach driver was superb.
