Poor quality overall. Necklace did not even have the right clasp and is unwearable. Pearls were unsightly. Earrings difficult to open/close and hurt to put on. The 18k gold plating they brag about is brassy at best. The color is not flattering, and I'm afraid it will tarnish.

I tried to return ( you have to send them an email) and I never got any kind of reply aside from an auto response. They expressly state that unauthorized returns will not be accepted whatsoever. I am now past the return period and still crickets from customer support about my return request.

If you want to buy anything from this vendor, just know what you are getting. Better off buying from Target in my opinion.

I ordered a cross and chain. The cross looks good but the chain turned black. I wish I would have read more of the reviews. I would never recommend this jewelry. It’s not what it says about never turning. I don’t know how they get away with that. If I would have know it was made in China I would have never ordered it. Live and learn.

Sending out goods that are not as described.
Then not acknowledging emails.

I ordered specific pieces in silver and everything came in gold. I emailed them asking to receive the pieces in silver but they said I have to pay for shipping in order to do so. Then if I want exchange the items I have to pay for the shipping as well. Long story short, I am very dissatisfied with customer service and how they dealt with my situation. I would not recommend.

The website claims a quick delivery, but since the items come directly from China, it took 3 weeks. Ordered 5/24 and received finally 6/14, shipping info was never updated. Would never have ordered had I known it was coming directly from overseas. The only reason I am giving 2 starts is because, unlike some customers, I did actually receive the pieces I’d ordered. With that said, they look cheap, and the gold is incredibly yellow, especially compared to other gold pieces I have, so wearing any of the LC with other gold pieces isn’t going to work.
I was considering trying to get a refund, but it sounds like that would be a bigger pain than it’s worth, and since they won’t provide return shipping info until they’ve reviewed your return request, I’m afraid they expect it to be shipped back overseas, which is going to cost almost as much as I paid for the pieces (insert my eye roll here). Very disappointed with the appearance and lack of transparency from the company.
I’ve purchased much less expensive pieces from Amazon, and they look much nicer and so far have worked for daily wear in the shower, during sweaty workout sessions and being out in the summer heat and humidity.

Stay away, Choose 7 pieices waiting 4 weeks they came and gave me random 7 pieces that I did not choose, then they said it was what I bought was a bundle not choosing, Yet I sat there and chose 7 specific things, Can only return if I pay for the shipping they wont cover it and the pieces feel so cheap. Dont get

This is coming directly from China. It took over a month to arrive, even beyond there “average” of 15 business days.
Shipping information did not provide any details or location or the package. I could not get any help until I informed them I had filed a claim with my credit card company. Then and only then is when I suddenly got up to date shipping information with actual locations and time stamps. If I had know I would not have ordered.

My shipment took an extremely long time to receive. Items look like plastic. Some items came broken. I went to social media to post a review and realized that all of their comments are hidden.

after waiting for five weeks to receive my items, I received seven items that were none of the items that I picked. The pieces were shipped from China. The website design appears real and the reviews appear real, but it seems like everything is very fake and fraudulent. The items look cheaply made. They do not appear as luxury as the website claims I should have done more research when reaching out to customer service I went back to find my email from the original purchase, and the email led me to a dead link that said my order was no longer available to view. I reached out to customer service to let them know that my items were incorrect, and they told me that it’s because I did not choose the items so they just threw a bunch of items in the box which is not true.

I placed an order on April 30th, and as of today, I still haven't received it. I'm getting ready to move, and I'm afraid I won't get the items in time.

The Louise Carter jewelry came from China. It looked cheap! My elastic bracelets were different sizes. One broke when I put it on and the other is so small it would only fit a child. I was very disappointed in the quality!

This company is a FRAUD! I placed an order in early February and even though they write to me, NOTHING has ever been delivered. Do NOT BUY FROM THEM!

While it is true that these products were shipped from China, the delicerx time wasn’t awful at all. The jewelry arrived in very cute packaging. It is true however, that the sizing is bit smaller than the one we have here in Europe. And as for the quality, so far so good. I’ve been wearing the rings I got daily and I see no damage nor tarnishing. So overall quite good!

Never received my order. Company refuses to refund claiming package is still in transit, though they cannot locate it. Very scammy! Highly DO NOT recommend. I’m bummed too, because the jewelry looks fun.

Do not give this “business” your money. I got the 5 for $65 bundle. Two white pearl chokers, 2 earrings and a ring chain bracelet thingy. The pearls on the necklaces look like plastic (which I’m sure they are). The earrings are ok but the proportions are weird and the bracelet already broke after one use. Also my order was coming straight from china? Like yeah a lot of this waterproof jewelry in the market right now is made in china, but like usually businesses already have done that process of having it shipped to them from china and packed in their warehouse in America. I received my order after one month. The whole thing is just sketchy and looks like we’re just funding qirra quins luxury vacations by buying her low end temu looking jewelry. Good marketing on Instagram and Facebook so I’ll give her that and her photos on insta got all of us fooled! Also do not sign up for texts and emails because you will be bombarded like 100 times a day.

So, I waited awhile to post a review. As a hairstylist, my hands are in a lot, Hair, shampoos, sanitizing solutions, and other chemicals such as hair dyes and perms. Yes, I do where gloves, but none the less, so far this jewelry is passing the test. I have other rings that the gold has worn off and losing its luster. But LC is standing strong. Hands down (hehe) my go to Jewelry.

I had high hopes for this jewelry and was really excited upon receiving it. One of the chokers, made with pearls, immediately broke and I was super disappointed. The herringbone choker lost its charm within the next week. I managed to put it back together but basically 3 pieces of my jewelry bundle of five managed to make it through the month.
