Title: SCAM — Stay Away!

This company is a total scam. I bought ONE bracelet and they charged me for TWO. When I complained, they claimed it was already shipped
They tricked me into thinking their product was made in the USA — but it is coming from China.” They even use a woman’s video to make it look like a small American business, which is completely fake and misleading.

Do NOT trust them. I feel cheated and want to warn others before they lose money like I did.

I absolutely love this jewelry and it's so surprising to see negative reviews. I have never had a problem with the quality, price point or wear and I have super sensitive skin. The jewelry is gorgeous and stylish. Tarnish free. I will KEEP them in business with how much I am going to purchase and gift. I will also write an excellent review anytime someone incorrectly represents this beautiful jewelry line.

Ordered two camping chairs from sp dantesta and discovered it was a scam. Said in post but a cheap chain with no clasps arrived with 4268 reading on return address. When investigated it revealed it came from Louise carter jrwellery. Total scam

I bought several sets for myself and family. Most of it was what i wanted and expected . I have one necklace that I wear continuously and it has held up with no problems. Customer service was good. I have one ring I won’t wear because it is 18k plated and it doesn’t look good on me . Over all I am happy with my purchases.

Looks like brass. Not worth wasting your money on.

What a con order a 8 man tent and a package comes with the same P.O. Box as this and they send 2 necklaces which looks like they got them out of a machine so my partner has reported it to his bank. Hope karma comes around and bites u on the arse. Plus late

DO NOT ORDER. Not gold, not waterproof. Took it to a jeweler because they sold me broken sets, the jeweler couldn’t even work on them because the material was too cheap to fix without it disintegrating more. I’ve tried to get a refund for 5 months now. They ignore, when you finally get ahold of them, they say they have no management and can’t help you.

I have never bought such tat in my life. £44 for two pairs of silver earrings, one pair I would need a magnifying glass to see what they are. The other pair are robins but the red breast is orange. It stated they were silver neither pair have minuscule amount of silver.

I received the product today and the quality is extremely poor - it’s plastic! There is no gift box as advertised, just a plastic bag. The product does not come from Louise Carter but direct from a Chinese wholesaler and took weeks to arrive. I have requested a refund and so far got nothing. avoid at all costs!!

Just received my order and it’s an ugly yellow gold & looks cheap. Pictures on their website don’t reflect the true size of the piece. Wish I could return but I have earrings in my bundled purchase and they aren’t returnable. So if I call they will just charge me for the earrings and then it works out to be same or more than I paid. Just really disappointed that it looks so bad!!! What a scam! What a ripoff!!

I ordered at the beginning of May under the pretense that the jewelry was of good quality, came from the UK and would be received within 2 weeks of ordering. First, looking at the other reviews here, the jewelry is not of good quality - I wouldn’t know since I never received mine. Second, the jewelry comes for China - which is not disclosed until you receive a tracking number and see the point of origin for the package. Third, the tracking is not clear or helpful. For me, tracking information stopped updating at the beginning of June where it was “in transit” somewhere. I got in contact with customer service at the end of June and they said I could get it reshipped. It is now the beginning of August and the tracking information stopped updating with a “batch delivery to carrier” message at the beginning of July. This is so disappointing since I was looking forward to this jewelry, but I would not recommend you buy from them.

No items have ever been delivered, just received an e-mail from a company I don't even recognize that my delivery was returned to the warehouse due to "Force Majure" We have an extremely large Delivery box to the right of the driveway clearly labeled. Please stop doing business if you don't know what you are doing. I will not be ordering again no matter if I receive my items or not. At this point it's not worth the extra effort, it's just easier on Amazon, which is why they have so much success.

This company gives wrong adverting. It comes across as a lady who is closing her UK business but the jewellery is shipped from china. I received an email to say my item was shipped but never received it. I got a reply to say it had been shipped not from a Uk business as they claim in advert it was from china so this alerted me to it being a scam company. I paid through pay pal so contacted them and got a refund. A few days later I received the item but you can tell it’s cheap Chinese tat.
I will always check company’s out now before ordering off Facebook. The spelling of jewelry should be a flag to a scam

I received my necklace today, what a load of rubbish !!!. It’s tiny and does not look like the item on web site. I made the mistake of reading the reviews on the website, I’ll never do that again .
This is absolutely fake advertising. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY.

Ordered an advertised ring with fine detailing for £24 waited weeks to arrive a piece of cheap tat! Dark nasty cheap, scored metal with no fine detailing to resemble the original piece.
Customer service is a joke ~ total scam company!

Ordered items, took a while to come, which I can live with. What I cannot live with is wearing the jewelry for less than an hour and a necklace and bracelet busting. The anklet I received is also a joke. Like 3 inches of it is the extender chain and I have to wear it near the max for it to fit. Historically I have pretty thin ankles so this is not a me problem would NEVER purchase anything from here again.

The earrings are fine but the necklaces are NOT sweat proof. They rub off a brown/orange mark on my neck and shirts. Had to contact customer support 3 times before they got back to me. They only responded once I changed my form from “Complaints” to “Exchanges” in the list of topics. They sent me a 30$ gift card/store credit to buy more of their garbage products instead of giving me a proper refund. Huge disappointment. Also saw that they turned off their comments on instagram. That really indicates that the public is not happy with them!

Boasts "made of real gold jewellery" but the reality is that it's not even considered "real gold" because it's PVD plated. This is coming from a jeweller. Stop lying to customers please it's bad karma.

This was my last exchange, basically they told me I was out of the thirty day time period and couldn’t get a new ring. My ring is totally tarnished and ugly. I clarified that that lifetime warranty was only for 30 days with the email posted here and they just responded. Sorry. False advertising.
