We just wanted to share our thanks for the amazing work Jose does with the kids as a swim instructor. His dedication and passion truly make a difference.

My daughter, who is now 14 years old, learned to swim with Jose for many years starting when she was a toddler. Seeing that full journey makes it even more special to now watch my 5-year-old, , make such great progress with him. My son has moved so confidently from Duckling to Stage 2, which is incredibly impressive. He learns quickly and absolutely loves his lessons so much so that we ended up booking one lesson right after another.

Jose’s patience, encouragement, kindness, and the perfect balance of firmness make swimming lessons such a positive experience for the kids. We are truly grateful for everything he does.

I was initially recommended Love to Swim by a good friend whose daughter and son both learned to swim at the Swim School. I’ve noticed how different the kids who have been taught to swim handle themselves in the water.
Since September, my 8 year old has been attending classes run by Paul at the Crowne Plaza and at All Saints and has transformed from a ‘splashy swimmer’ to one who is now able to swim lengths.Also, my son is keen to go swimming with school now he is one of the ‘better’ swimmers in his class, it’s built his confidence there.
All the teachers are patient and obviously know their stuff, and it’s changed pur lives for the better.

Lovetoswim was great for daughter. Her confidence in the water was terrible, on holidays she just looked at the swimming pools but wouldn’t go near them. So I found LovetoSwim, recommended by a friend. My daughter was hesitant at first but the teachers were so good she was in the pool before no time. Her progression and her confidence in the water became along really fast. After a month or so she couldn’t wait for the next lesson. Now we are six months in and her swimming is becoming better, but for me the biggest thing is when we went on holiday this summer she was the first in the pool, splashing about and having so much fun. I never saw this happening it’s so nice to see. She still goes and is just getting stronger and more confident. So I just wanna give a big shout out to the teachers at LovetoSwim, Thankyou, my daughter will never forget this.

The swimming teachers are great especially josey. Careful and considerate and made my child feeling more confident in every lesson with this company.

I enrolled my son back in September for a block of lessons. Payment was taken upfront. Since then he only attended 3 consecutive ones as there after they kept getting cancelled- sometimes with no reason. As my son relies on routine part of his autism. This has been very difficult for him and us to manage. Finally on the day the lesson was running now after 5 weeks. I could not get him to attend as he hasn’t for the previous weeks. This day became unregulated for him and as a result he and us had a bad day at home. I am not prepared to put him through this again!

I have tried to contact to love to swim on the email address provided- no reply. I have forwarded the same email again no reply. When you call them on the landline and the mobile number this does not work as you hear a pre recorded message saying they are operating via email and will answer within 24hours- that’s a lie! I have texted the number to!

Please don’t book here! Communication is awful a great service to provide but the course is not run well at all and like me I have lost my money as they have just taken it and ran with it.

Wonderful swim school - I've been a swim teacher now for 11 years, and my first teaching gig was with Love To Swim. The owner Lesley was always friendly, supportive, diplomatic and fair. As a young teacher, I made some mistakes, but Lesley was always patient with me. As a swim school owner myself now, that's something that's stuck with me and I'm grateful for her tolerant professionalism. She also clearly cares about delivering a good service; she would take teachers for meals when we had meetings and talk through targets etc.

Lovely staff, great teachers and good management. Very helpful when you need something. And they have nice swimming places.

My daughter started lessons with love to swim last week. We was with the local authority were the class sizes were much bigger and the teachers walked around the pool side. The love to swim classes are much smaller with the people in the water. My little girls loved the whole experience and can’t wait to jump back on.

Great teachers, very coordinated and kids like to go there. I can see constant improvement in the kids swimming.

excellent swimminh school and carlos is an exceptional teacher I’m very happy my son adores the lesson and he’s been going now for a few months and is also non-verbal and carlos has been exceptionally good with him and my son’s confidence has grown in the water and he’s now swimming at times independently I can’t thank carlos and the swimming school enough

Love to swim has been nothing short of miraculous for my daughter. When she started classes last year she was adamant that she did not want to swim at all. For the first few lessons she would cry the whole lesson, but Jose was so patient with her. Soon she started to really take to it and now she absolutely loves swimming. She's really benefited from the small class sizes and the level of attention that she gets. She has progressed through her the stages quite quickly over the last year, and gave her the confidence to swim independently while on holiday this summer. Also, the admin has been great. They are very responsive and helpful. I highly recommend lovetoswim to anyone looking for children's swim lessons.

After our child had a bad experience at another swim school we enrolled him in Love to Swim on the recommendation of a friend who had sent their three children their. Our child's improvement was clear to see from the very first lesson. The teachers we've had have been patient and very encouraging. Our water baby thrived with Love to Swim. Thank you

Both my children have been with love to swim for years after joining other swim schools where we had disappointing experiences.
The teachers are amazing and it’s a very personalised session with small groups.

They took money for my sons swimming class but removed him from the list as he was not a resident of that building where the classes where held. Never returend my money and don't respond to emails. Looks like a proper scam. There is no contact with the office at all. I also mentioned that I was on waiting list for months I. Uther locations so I wanted my money back. But you ignored ny emails.

I booked a private 1-to-1 swim lesson with LoveToSwim for 9th July, which they rescheduled to 10th July at 6pm. I showed up at the agreed time and location -- no teacher arrived. I waited the full session and sent multiple emails (on 10 July and again on 15 July), asking for an update and a refund. Still no reply. The contact numbers on their website are either invalid or lead to an automated message saying they only operate via email - which they also don't answer. Completely unacceptable level of service. I'm still waiting for my refund and an explanation.
Would not recommend.
