Lush Cosmetics 

STILL no reply from Lush. They STILL have my money. Items not received from online order. They acknowledge the issue. Now i have an interview with the media who are running articles for newspapers about Online Order Issues. Sorry i have to revert to this after being SO loyal to Lush. Lush, REFUND NE!

Ik ben op 7-1 in de Lush in Den Haag geweest, met mijn 2 kinderen. We zijn geholpen door Ira. Het was echt een fantastische service en ook een oprechte interesse in wat wij nodig hadden. Mijn dochter vond het dan ook meer dan 5 sterren waard eigenlijk. Ma kasi Ira.

I ordered on line products on 26th December. Today, 13th January I've still not received them. Yodel said they were returned to Lush. No explanation from Lush and noone to talk to. Just an email which has not been answered. Very surprised and I am a very regular customer of Lush who feels let down and angry. Please reply to my complaint

Onlangs een heerlijk luchtje gekocht. Ik had de 100 ml van american Dreams. Toen ik ging afrekenen werd mijn flesje ingepakt in een raar stukje karton wat met witte plakband (leek meer op een pleister) bij elkaar gehouden moest worden. Ik heb 70 euro betaald dan mag je toch wel verwachten dat het mooi wordt ingepakt. Ging heel teleurstellend de zaak uit en achteraf had ik het niet moeten accepteren. Zo kan je het niet aan iemand cadeau geven. Heel erg slecht dit was op de lijnbaan in Rotterdam

Update - Lush have been very busy and offered a refund or replacement.

Delays painful, but to be balanced they have sorted it out. Waiting delivery so will increase score further following receipt.

Have spent thousands over the years and always been perfect.
This year I purchased from lush various products including two big blue bath bombs and two Sea Vegetable soaps.

(Also Dirty - shaving cream and hair mould and 3 other bath bombs - snowman finger puppet, Ickes baby and and a butter ball or crystal snow)

The items got delivered and was confident everything would be fine.

I opened the box ready 21/12 to add to pyjama gifts for Christmas Eve (tradition I am locked into) and the Big blues were almost disintegrated. I have purchased these many times and never have they fallen apart whilst being stored.

The other items had no issues so seemed to me like a fault.

I have issued many emails since 21/12 to ‘wecare’ email and not had a single reply. (Maybe the email should be changed to wedonotcare)

The biggest frustration is the lack of reply - more so than the bath bomb issues.

Appalling service.

Goede service. Product had gelekt tijdens verzending. Is super netjes opgelost door klantenservice. Trouwe klant!

Love this company

Everything always arrives in time and the products are amazing. I have a perfume I got for Christmas that I love so so much. I've done the eye masks (pumpkin one at Halloween) It was so soothing.

And the bath bombs are just amazing!! I have. Box my partner made me for my birthday it can fit 30-35 bath bombs in and I always have it full up so I never run out as I am always always in the bath!

Compré este producto porque ya lo había consumido previamente y me encantaba.
La pestaña de seguridad antes era roja y ahora blanca, aún así decidí arriesgar porque aún cambiando el envase no tenia por qué afectar al producto…
Cual fue mi sorpresa que el aroma ha cambiado ligeramente y lo más importante la duración en la piel y la estela…el anterior duraba horas y horas y al echártelo notabas la grasa del perfume (lo cual hace que perdure)ahora se diluye y su duración es escasa a 1h…y no tiene estela…no se percibe…
Una pena…

I went into the Chelmsford store where the staff were very pleasant and Eloise in particular was very helpful in helping me choose relevant Xmas gifts for my wife and adult daughter.

Trato humano dentro de la empresa 0 he tenido una entrevista grupal donde no se han preocupado de saber ni me nombre ni nada de mi, simplemente hacer un ejercicio grupal pero que de grupal no ha tenido nada una pena que defiendan tantos derechos y muestren tampoco en una simple entrevista. Quiere decir que todo lo que anuncia es puro marketing una pena....que utilicen cosas tan serias como los derechos para vender y no lo apliquen a su personal. Me encantaba la marca la verdad pero ya no voy a comprar y animo a la gente que no lo haga.

Bath bombs are not what they use to be. They are drying on the skin and feel alot more artificial than they use to be.

This is one of my favorite companies, I've been purchasing them for around 8 years and they've become my go to for gifts and gift requests. My family knows all they need to do is get me a small lush card or a bubble bar and I'll be thrilled every birthday/holiday where gifts are exchanged. I get these for teachers end of year gifts as well and they are always happy. Great ingredients, great packaging, and if you're able to make it to a retail location they are always super friendly and helpful, along with trying products and giving out larger sized samples for home use. Please never change Lush, I love you!

I’m a bit of a connoisseur when it comes to fragrances and the older I get the less tolerant I am of anything fake and synthetic.
LUSH’s products deserve to have much greater credit. The essential oil contents and other natural fragrances pack such a punch and make bathtime and shower time an absolute joy. I’m a particular fan of their shower gels and nothing else on the market compares. I’ve just stocked up on Snow Fairy, Hot Toddy and Lord of Misrule and know that I’m covered for the winter blues. Aromatherapy is severely underrated and LUSH’s products are so uplifting and needed right now. Thank you for putting a smile on my face and bringing me a little comfort and happiness almost every day - and thank you too for your charity and campaigning work, your pioneering work against animal testing in particular gives a voice to the voiceless.

Geschenkbox für 49. - CHF gekauft. Warenwert 36.- CHF!!!! Unmöglich, man erwartet ja eigentlich mehr in einer Geschenkbox. Das nächste Geschenk kaufe ich bestimmt nicht mehr dort.

I love lush I love the products, but going into the Bath, Somerset shop today was absolutely horrendous. I had a push chair with me and everytime I looked at a product I was pounced on, in total 4 different people came up to me just making me feel so stressed, I understand you have a job. But please there is no need to pounce on people constantly, let them shop in peace and if they have questions they will ask you. Horrible experience.

Creo que he intentado comprar en su web en el último año unas 20 veces y no hay manera. Su página web está cargada de chorradas innecesarias y es una castaña. Superlenta, pesada, cargante y nada práctica. Para lo caros que son sus productos poco invierten en otras cosas. Pues ellos se lo pierden.

I visited the cheltenham store on Saturday and was greeted pleasantly and then served by Imogen who helped me and answered all my questions
She was GREAT
