No communication at all to say order was delayed and it still hasn’t been sent out. Was supposed to be a birthday present. Definitely won’t be ordering again and wouldn’t recommend to anyone.

First of all sorry that you had to leave us a 1-star review as we were liaising over email about your parcel.

We did offer you a great solution with a goodwill gesture which you appreciated and mentioned your daughter would be very happy with.

We fulfilled our promise and you received a great offer for her birthday.

Given this, we do feel that the outcome did not reflect a 1-star experience. However, we do appreciate your feedback and are always here to help should you need anything further.

Not good experience

I placed a order had no confirmation email and my item did not arrive only to be told after several emails it out of stock l requested a refund after finally making a complaint l got refund do not use this company they are not good customer service

We’re sorry to hear that you felt disappointed with your experience. We do want to clarify that we only received one email from you, to which we responded immediately. In our reply, we clearly explained that if your item did not arrive by a certain date, we would consider it missing and promptly offer either a full refund or an exchange.

During transit, the item unfortunately went out of stock, which we communicated to you, and you requested a refund. We processed your full refund the very next day, exactly as you asked.

Throughout this process, we followed our standard protocols and provided clear options to resolve the situation.

Your review gives the impression that there was no communication or that we did not keep you informed throughout.

We feel this does not reflect the steps we took to address your concern promptly and professionally.

Unsatisfactory customer service.

I contacted Luxsy Jewels to enquire why I didn't receive my 10% discount, as advertised for first time purchases. I didn't receive a response.
Then, my order didn't arrive on time (a gift for a work colleagues 50th birthday). I was told that the item was out of stock, yet it was still being advertised as in stock on the company's website, and I was able to add to basket. I was also told that I had been sent an email from Luxsy Jewels to explain that my item was out of stock and I was given the option to choose another item of jewellery. This did not happen, I did not receive said email, otherwise I wouldn't have been prompted to send the company a message to track my late parcel.
I conveyed this information to the company, yet the only response that I have received is a standard email to explain that my refund will be processed.
Overall, I received poor customer service and consequently I will not be using this company for future purchases.

Thank you for your feedback, and we’re sorry for the disappointment caused. We understand how frustrating this was, especially as the item was intended as a gift.

We take responsibility for the item appearing as available when it had just gone out of stock. Once this was identified, we contacted you to explain the situation and offered alternative options. As these were not suitable for you a full refund was processed. We were willing to cover the next day delivery cost for you.

Regarding the 10% first-time discount, this is generated by entering an email address when you are prompted for the discount upon arrival to our website, which provides a unique code to apply. You did not apply for it and still went ahead and completed your order. We would’ve applied the 10% discount if you chosen an alternative product. However a full refund was given as you didn’t want an alternative.

We appreciate your feedback and regret that your experience did not meet expectations. We have taken this on board and will do better for our customers.

The item's received were amazing…

The item's received were amazing quality however the customer service is poor! Sent three emails since 25th December and no reply to any also sent a return request for the replacement of bracelet in a bigger size return is still pending 2 weeks later!
I will be returning the whole order now for refund due to the company ignoring my emails! Reporting the company also!

Quality is absolutely pathetic! Ordered two different bracelets as 2 different gifts and they both came in the same gift box.

I ordered my order on the 30th November…

I ordered my order on the 30th November for next day delivery and I am still waiting on it being delivered on the 14th December. I have spoke with someone many times and they keep advising me to wait. Asked for a replacement or a refund and yet to hear back.

Purchased a Bracelet on 29th November

Purchased a Bracelet on 29th November. Shipping states 3- 5 days.

There has been no contact from the vendor to advise when the order was shipped. I sent an email as no phone number to call and was advised:

"Thanks for your email. 
We will investigate this for you with Royal Mail. 
I can assure you this will be received before Christmas even if we must send out a replacement order. However, I’m positive you will receive this next week. 
Thanks for your patience."

Its been a further 3 days and still no reply from the vendor to explain where my parcel is, despite telling them I still have to send this on to the intended recipient for christmas.

I am now looking for a full refund and to go elsewhere.

Avoid this company.

- Seller finally contacted me by Email and Facebook promising delivery and that they had sent a gift with the package as an apology ( despite a free gift being advertised with the item I purchased )

- Item finally delivered Friday Evening
- Opened it this morning and no secondary " gift " has been delivered with the bracelet as per the order, email and Facebook messages.

- have sent them a message asking about it, they've read but not replied.

Thank you for your feedback. We’re sorry that this experience caused frustration, especially so close to Christmas.

We’d like to clarify a few points for transparency:

We did remain in contact with you via email and Facebook throughout the process and kept you updated while investigating the delay with Royal Mail.

Under Royal Mail policy, we are required to wait 10 working days before a parcel can officially be deemed missing.

Only after this period are we able to issue a replacement or refund.

As a goodwill gesture, We upgraded this free gift to a higher-value item, so you received a more expensive gift than originally planned.

This free gift was gift-wrapped together with the original order, as mentioned to you. Once the gift wrap is opened, the free gift is inside the package. So it’s not that you didn’t receive it.

We always aim to resolve issues fairly and within courier policies, and we regret that the delay impacted your plans. We’re a small business and genuinely try to go above and beyond for our customers, especially during the busiest time of year.
If you’d like us to re-confirm the contents of your order, please reply to our latest message and we’ll be happy to assist.

From Zero to Hero ! Would Recommend

Originally I had not received my order or had a reply to my email, however a response was sent and a replacement item has now been received.
I am very pleased with my Angel Wing pendant.. it’s exactly what I was looking in terms of quality and value and a lovely gift. I have already had lovely comments about it.

Despite my initial issue, I must thank the customer service and support, for providing explanation and rectifying the matter. I was also updated fully until my item arrived. I also received a complimentary gift and discount voucher which I will use to purchase again. Very much appreciated and thank you.
