Au départ le prix d’essai est alléchant alors je tente et très rapidement je vois sur mon compte 2 prélèvements celui qui n’était pas prévu de 47 euros et quelques … ça s’appelle une arnaque ! Serious Billing Concerns
My experience with MadMuscles has been extremely frustrating and concerning.
I canceled my subscription and received a confirmation email stating the subscription was canceled and that no further charges would occur. Despite this, I was later charged $69.99 for a renewal I did not knowingly authorize.
When I contacted customer support and provided proof of cancellation, they did not resolve the issue. Instead of issuing a refund, they repeatedly tried to offer free subscription time and coaching services — things I clearly said I did not want. I was simply asking for my money back for a charge that should never have happened.
Support then claimed there was a different active subscription, but this was never made clear to me as a separate recurring charge at that price. From my perspective, this feels like deceptive billing and a refusal to correct an improper charge.
A cancellation should mean cancellation. Customers should not have to fight to stop charges after receiving written confirmation that billing has ended.
I would strongly advise others to be extremely cautious with this app, read all terms carefully, and monitor your bank or PayPal statements closely.

The site is extremely misleading when you sign up for the introductory offer.
I have been charged an additional £49.95 for a “coaching” subscription I in no way agreed to.
I contacted them with 12hrs after seeing transaction from my bank. I had notification and receipt for an additional plan I had no idea about.
Very Disappointing as I was looking forward to using the exercise plan. All has now been canceled.

Garbage product and company
This was a terrible product. The tai chi maneuvers are done by a guy in a video without any guidance outside of an AI talking voice explaining the movements with garbage precision. The customer service is another problem since they refuse to refund for an upgrade that was purchased in error. They require 14 days of using the product every day consecutively, documentation to show consistent use/results, and requested within 30 days. After doing all of this, they still won’t refund me the full amount and keep telling me I don’t qualify without explanation. This is completely ridiculous behavior from a company.

Stay away from the app Mad Muscles! The people are scammers and will start billing your card for lesser amounts until something goes through. I only signed up to try out the main workout course at a discounted price of $15.19. After paying and gaining access into their app, I tried finding the workout pages. I got stuck on a page and there was no exit option to get out so I pressed the backwards button. I immediately started getting random charges from mad muscles. The first charge of $49.95 wasn’t successful so they immediately charged a lesser amount and it went through. I immediately messaged them for cancellation and explained what happened in the app. I have not been refunded and all they say is, “you chose to have it added on”. I want my money back!!! I did not want a coach or meal plan!

Après avoir souscrit à l’abonnement d’essai à 9,99 €, plusieurs tentatives de prélèvement ont été effectuées sur mon compte, pour un montant total avoisinant la centaine d’euros.
Heureusement, ma banque a réagi immédiatement et a bloqué les opérations.
Inutile pour le modérateur de la société de venir répondre que « tout a été fait dans les normes » ou qu’« il n’y a aucune arnaque » : le nombre d’avis similaires et récurrents parle de lui-même.
J’espère sincèrement que ce message sera lu par un maximum de personnes avant qu’elles ne valident un abonnement.

The site is extremely misleading when you sign up for the introductory offer.
I have been charged an additional £49.95 for a “coaching” subscription I in no way agreed to.
I contacted this lot within an hour of a PayPal notification and receipt for an additional plan I had no idea about.
I keep receiving email responses which I’m beginning to think are automated.
They have offered me an additional free years subscription which I have politely declined and explained to them that I have a complete lack of confidence with their website to the extent that I refuse to login to the App as I don’t trust it!
I keep receiving the same response telling me to document which part of their refund policy I think my right to a refund falls under??!
I have emailed them several times now, requesting an immediate refund of the money they have taken from my bank account without any check out process, agreement to T&C’s etc.
It’s a scam people. Please avoid this website!
UPDATE - 26th January
The response to my review is pretty much the generic email response I have been receiving from them.
More lies as the 2nd separate subscription they created on my account DID NOT go through any checkout process screen or agreement to proceed with payment scree! I have requested that they send me screenshot proof of the checkout process they are claiming of, and as per every other email response from them, they direct me to their refund policy via a link which is as unlawful as their entire “business” conduct.
I note that 100’s of customer reviews state the same thing has happened to them, with some customers having large amounts of money taken from their bank accounts and refusal of refunds.
If this organisation was legitimate, they would recognise there is a serious issue which had already affected 100’s of people, yet they continue to defraud customers by setting up additional subscriptions and taking money without permission.
Massive scam and entirely fraudulent.
Please avoid.

I signed up for a 4week plan at an offer price of £4.79.
I received an email with a QR code to download the Madmuscles App. I Scanned the QR code but was unable to download the app. I also discovered that I had signed up for a subscription which would renew at £49.99/month. I cancelled the subscription and requested a refund but they just offer me a free extension despite my explanation that such an offer is useless to me.when I can't download the app

Misleading information regarding a trial period. Looked like an app for showing exercises. I paid the app fee not realising that they would put an automatic payment on my pay pal account. This does not show in subscriptions so easier to miss. After the initial download i was bombarded with messages as an encouragement to exercise. Like a lot of people I got bored of reading these and so ignored the email showing they had me on a £50 per month auto payment. Then they took a £99 payment for a dietary plan. I have cancelled now but I also cancelled the auto payment for paypal. Paypal were not interested at all and referred me back to mad muscles. Their response was that they felt they had let me know. Upon now reading other reviews I realise it is just a scam to get money from you. I genuinely thought it was just a basic app at 11.99 to give me some exercise tips for my bad back. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

Several issues unresolved after repeated attempts.
Several issues. When I joined the app for the exercise program, a question popped up about whether I wanted meal plan. There appeared to be no way to easily move forward, so I selected it thinking it would take me to the next page where I could select “no” but what it did was charge me 45 dollars for the meal and coaching plan. I immediately sent an email saying I did not intend on selecting it. I got a message back offering me 6 mos (until mid July) with no extra fees I said fine. So a few days ago, I get an email saying my subscription was up in a few days but that I could renew for $1.00 a month. I sent them another note saying my subscription wasn’t to expire until mid-July (although had I known I could get for 5 dollars and not 45 dollars I would asked for my money back when I told them about the first issue. Now here we are three days later and nobody has addressed this issue and I sent another email yesterday asking when someone would be responding. At this point I just want the $45 back.
I also sent another email with some QA issues with their app. I was asked to send some additional info including a screen shot of where in the video there was a problem. The person responding has now asked me 2 or three more times to send another screen shot, when I already sent them one and they should be able to take it from there. I feel like they want me to do all the work for them. I finally had to tell the person to stop bothering me.
