Absolute scam with shocking customer support
Be very careful here the website tricks you into ordering upsells with a single click and not clearly stating the cost Absolute scam you sign up they send you a Qr code that doesn’t work so I try to download the app from App Store but it won’t work on my phone so I request a full refund their answer is to offer me an complimentary extended subscription ( for a service I can’t access!) and a partial refund ! Not acceptable so argue the case but still get offered up to 12 months complimentary subscription! Every time I respond I get a very similar response form a different person (or AI chatbot) every time they always state that they want to resolve the issue but they’ve already had your money and if you don’t cancel the plan from what I understand from other reviewers is the initial trail price increases but you also have to cancel future payments as well .
Clearly from my experience this plan is not fit for any purpose other than ripping people off avoid like the plague.
Oh yes they do offer a money back guarantee but you have to follow the plan for two weeks and show proof that you have done so, great when you can’t access the plan in the first place!

My experience with MadMuscles has been extremely disappointing and feels very close to a scam. Their purchasing process is completely non‑transparent, and the website tricks you into ordering additional programs with a single click, without showing any proper order summary or giving you a clear chance to cancel. This is an unacceptable and misleading business practice.
Their customer service is anything but helpful. Instead of resolving the issue or acknowledging the problem, they only try to sell you more useless “services,” even after you clearly refuse and request a full refund. They don’t offer real support, they don’t listen, and they certainly don’t take responsibility for their shady process.
Overall, very poor business ethics and an even worse attitude toward customers.
Never again. I do not recommend MadMuscles to anyone.

Das ist nicht seriös. Hebe ein 12 Wochenplan gebucht und per Paypal bezahlt. Im nächsten Schritt habe ich ein Angebot wegen Essenplan erhalten und beim weitermachen, habe ich ohne Rückfrage diese Option gekauft. Ich denke, dass ich nicht blöd bin, aber sehr geschickt gemacht für 49,99 € !!Nach Kündigung habe ich ein Rabatt von 95 % erhalten. Wie auf einem Bazar! Finger weg...
Ps: Den Kontakt zum Support Team hatte ich direkt nach dem ich eine Rechnung erhalten habe. Meine diplomatischen Bemühungen waren leider erfolglos.

Cependant, j'ai découvert avec consternation un prélèvement automatique supplémentaire de 49,95 €, sans justification valable.

Misleading
Unfortunately, my experience with Mad Muscles was very poor. The app makes it easy to sign up but extremely difficult to cancel or get a refund. I felt pressured to continue with a programme that was not suitable for me just to recover my money. This approach feels misleading. I regret subscribing and would not use this service again.
P.S. I tried to get a refund, but I was told that I need to use the app for two weeks, complete workouts, and show proof. Only after that I may be allowed to receive a refund. I did not find what I was looking for, I do not like the service, and I want my money back.
The advertisement stated a 30-day money-back guarantee.
Not only that, but they also offered me a trainer. I was looking for an option to remove or cancel it, but I could not find one. When I pressed what appeared to be an option to remove it, I was charged immediately. There was no payment or confirmation step — I was charged straight away.
I informed Mad Muscles that this charge was made by mistake, but there has been no result. They are refusing to give my money back.

I sooo wish I had read these reviews before signing up on the £11.99 offer. I had no intention of a further subscription, but then got hit for £47.99 without warning/prompts/reminder. Nothing short of subscription trickery. I have tried to get the money refunded and was refused. Read the subscription text very carefully before accessing. Personally I wouldn't touch this Company with a bargepole.

I was happy to pay for the $15 workout…
I was happy to pay for the $15 workout plan but all of sudden they charged me for the meal plan of $49.95 I didnt want or requested. I immediately cancelled everything and requested for refund the only refunded the $15 for the workout and refused to give me back the money for the unwanted meal plan. Cancelling this service is terrible. They say you have 30 days to still access the app, but you DONT. They take money upfront and then delete access. So you get nothing. Theft is what this is. This company is a scam!! They are thieves. They advertise as a free workout, then charge you a small fee to get a 4 week workout all while locking you into subs options and charging you immediately all kinds of high cost fees you had no clue you agreed to right after they get your payment info for the 9.99 4 week training schedule printout! They should be shut down. Such a disgusting business model taking advantage of vulnerable people in a horrible economy just trying to feel better in their bodies! So disgusting.

Not impressed with the app or the company as a whole, nothing but scammers.
I would stay away from this company, they offer a deal for you to get discounted plans, but they don't tell you that it has a hidden subscription attached to it, trying to get a refund form them is a nightmare, they have a so called guaranteed refund policy, but all they will do is offer you discount and claim that you do not meet the refund requirements, I would not trust these people to look after a goldfish let alone any financial information, I'd stay well clear, and if you do make a payment to them, please use a way that has protections so you can get your money back, as this company will do everything they can to claim you don't meet their refund requirements.
