Accuracy of conversations/meetings is extremely good with only a few typos to correct.

Speed is the main benefit. The meeting can be downloaded and templated within minutes, turned into a pdf and distributed within 15 minutes.

I use Magic Notes to record and complete my assessments, meetings and recordings of notes. It captures all the conversation without omitting any vital aspects of the meetings. It helps save me a lot of time as I can cut and paste the notes and use it with ease. It is tailored to suit our organisation's assessment needs. I use it in my daily work and appreciate that our organisation has introduced this tool to enable us to work efficiently.

Quite simply "Magic Notes" is a great support to practitioners who can sometimes spend far too long writing notes - Leaving more time to focus on whole family work and actually spending time with the family - In the knowledge that all write ups are up to date.

I have started using Magic notes for my meetings and overall it is working well and captures most of what was said during the meetings.

This is an amazing tool to help write minutes and format case recordings appropriately.
All you need to do is do a voice recording of your visit after an event: home visit, telephone consultation or meeting.. in fact ANYTHING!!

once recording is done the app writes it up. you can amend it however you need to. For example when you complete recording there is an option to select what the event was eg meeting, visit etc. unfortunately there is not option to select telephone call so when formatting the text you can ask the app to format as acase recording of a telephone call. sometimes you have to fiddle to get it formatted correctly so its not always a big timesaver.

But the major advantage is as soon as you have an event you can make a recording of it straight away- this only takes a few minutes. this means you retain important information and know you can update the notes easily as you already have all the information.

This is much more reliable than writing notes at the time of visit and leaving them in your bag until you have time to write it up manually. In my experience notes can sometimes get waylaid.

If you do a recording then this is saved on magic notes for a certain period of time.

Sometimes visits can be complex and alot of information can be discussed- if a 3 hour meeting had to be written up manually this can be overwhelming especially as a busy social worker.

However this app helps to manage that overwhelming feeling and is a genius tool!!

I use this on a regular basis, I worked in a different Local Authority where this was never implemented and I feel so lucky to be able to use this. Truly a lifesaver!

Magic notes was easy to use/start/pause and save, as a first time user. The transcript captured the review meeting, even when two conversations were happening at the same time. Using magic notes also helped me to listen and observe the person's verbal and non verbal responses rather than writing notes. Also, knowing the meeting was being recorded assisted me to keep the meeting focussed. A valuable and effective tool that captured a person centred and collaborative review of the current type, quality and quantitative care provision all written up in a timely manner.

I am over the moon with the service magic notes provides, my local authority Care act assessments have improved so much since using the tool. They show all the additional work we complete with clients that doesn't always get added in writing to the assessment as the service users listen to every service available and say, not right now - this tool evidences the work were already doing. It has helped me capture information for my progression document and conversations with professionals as well as service users. would defiantly recommend.

Magic notes has completely transformed the way I take minutes for meetings. Not only does it transcribe everything said during my meetings, but I am also able to customise and make changes to the notes its transcribed. It has saved me so much time and I 1000% would recommend it to everyone! This has been such an amazing tool and I'm excited to see the new features created by the Beam team!

Magic notes have been wonderful, very impressed with how it captures what is being said and formulates the points and discussion in the correct order, especially good for supervision notes.

The ability of MagicNotes to recognise who is who is very impressive. It's summaries of appointments are very comprehensive, and any edits / corrections are easy and quick to make. Overall, my appointments notes are more detailed due to the time that is saved not having to manually type them myself.

It saves time recording CAA, reviews and professional meetings.
Although, I have to edit the document, I am fine with it.
Magic notes for me is the best tool that has been provided to us as workers to reduced some of our notes writing.

This is a tool I wish I’d had years ago when I was diagnosed with dyslexia. It takes the stress out of trying to make sense of my notes.
I also use it to make visits with the kids more engaging by helping them feel valued. I like to say things like:
“My AI friend wants to interview you about how you’re feeling,” or
“My AI friend will do the writing while I focus on listening.”

i really feel that MN can fully understand what our services expectations around substances is and encapsulates the work that is being delivered in a therapeutic way,
