Magic Notes is unbelievable until you start using it you will never remember how you managed before. It has saved me so much time time and complies everything brilliantly.

Im still learning how to edit but it saves load of documentation time

Magic Notes have been able to support me to structure my notes, assessments and observations into a comprehensive format. Using the templates provided has saved a lot of 'rearranging information' admin time.

I also find the timeline reminder about when the notes are about to be deleted a great prompt, as it can be easy to forget things when the workday gets very busy, especially toward the end of the day.

The live chat team are very responsive and deal with any issues very quickly.

I have gone from being very dubious to being an avid support of this AI tool.

Always great service from the team and must remember to ask when I get stuck as there is normally always a simple fix that works.

Magic notes has saved me so much time with the admin side of my roll - if I am not able to record the conversations in real time I am able to dictate at a more convenient time , this allows me to spend more time on my assessments.
I used to dictate assessments ( on a word document ) prior to using Magic notes but it was not able to translate this into assessments - MCA - care plans or to support with contacting other professionals like emailing GP / hospitals , Magic notes is a game changer for me - thank you.

Also, the support is excellent, only had one note not come through as expected, the team supported it and found it for me, no problem (it was just to do with how I'd selected the wrong format I think).

I work in Adult Social Care and carry out a range of assessments for clients. I use Magic Notes to produce these assessments, which have been designed to be compatible with the forms which we complete. This saves us time and helps us to produce high quality reports.

I also use my Magic Notes them for Case Notes, recording brief handwritten notes, to produce informative Case Notes for others to see and understand.

Learning process straightforward, not complex.

Its is so helpful and useful. Now I have it I would not want to do with out it. It is easy to use and even if you do not record in person you can talk into it yourself fowling the meeting and its all written up for you. Job done.
