Helps me write up my notes quickly.
Allows me to listen to and look at the person I am talking too.

The notes do require proof reading and editing, sometimes more then other times.

I find the more information given by a person the shorter the notes, so have to ask the notes to elaborate in certain areas.

All in all very helpful.

I had used magic notes on 03/06/2025 but was off work for a few weeks after this date but my notes had gone when I came back, which was frustrating as I had not taken written hand notes that day.

I've been using Magic notes for just under a month and absolutely love it. It makes such a difference to meetings, where you can be more professional and not constantly note taking. I also love how much you can tweak the report after.
I couldn't be without it now!

Magic Notes are definitely an answer to our stressful and demanding tasks as Social workers. Its introduction would improve the turnaround on how we produce visits, meetings and assessments records as compared to when we had to do everything manually.

Magic notes is a new AI tool developed by social workers for social worker, as a new user, I am impressed with it. It has already made a noticeable difference in how I manage my workload. It helps me cut down the time spent on note taking and organising tasks, allowing me to focus on more important work like 1-1 interactions with families. it is user friendly, efficient and genuinely helpful. I am definitely looking forward to exploring more of its features.

2 emails, zero contact? Very suspicious. Would question the accuracy of their claim that web based is more secure than an app? Easier to maintain maybe. Was asking about retention of delicate information provided, whether it would be stored by them, and they didnt respond. also, no registration, very little on their homepage for contact info. Expect more from who they appear to be. plus, they dont seem to send out login codes?

If you are a social worker or professional. You understand the hours it takes to write up your notes. Which can be overwhelming. Magic notes has cut the time frame for doing this in half. Thank you to the programme designers. Who have saved me from endless hours of wanting to pull my hair out.

Great AI, you can train it to perform better and as according to your need. Saves a lot of time from typing. Very efficient. I am very happy with it. I feel lucky to be able to take part in Pilot for last few weeks, and now want it all the time.

Absolutely fantastic tool - so accurate capturing the recording and then using AI to structure and to shape key points in the selected template format.
Furthemore, the edit toolbar is so easy to use.
This is an amazing time saving tool for managers and Social Workers. I have been using it in supervision reflections saving a huge amount of my time.
SWs are recording directly whilst using hands free in travel times and as a result that are able to keep up with the admin each day and enabling them to have a much better work/life balance.

The use of using the magic notes is incredibly user friendly and intuitive. This makes the ease of using it excellent for e.g when chairing a meeting. It takes away the need to makes written notes and reminders and even better makes a list of the actions and who is responsible for these. Also for when it comes to recording on our identifies system the majority of the case note or minute is written and just requires some fine tuning and tweaking. This will take away a lot of time usually put aside for admin purposes going forward.

Excellent, I feel this has been one of the most productive weeks I have had being a Social Worker because the time taken writing case notes and assessments is reduced. Social Worker skills are still required and relies on me to ensure magic notes has the correct information/ my legal knowledge, but the write ups ensure I can then focus on being a social worker, and not spend as much time writing up the discussions I have had.

Magic notes offer options of using different templates that are specific to the type of assessments.
It is flexible and allows user to give command to elaborate on certain points discussed in assessment or request to concise the assessment in bullet points with headings.
I highly recommend this software for all professionals.
