Ne comptez pas sur le service client et encore moins sur la supposée garantie, ils vous dirons que votre demande est en attente et joueront la carte du temps en vous faisant attendre pendant des mois.

Fantastic looking watch but it broke not even Weeks of having it I'm sure I just got sent a fluke but I'm not happy about it breaking so soon. I would recc it if you want to look at it but as a daily wear not so much.

I bought this watch for my boyfriend’s birthday and he absolutely loved it! The quality of the watch was higher than my expectations and the spinning mechanic of it is extremely unique. I would absolutely recommend this product to anyone! One thing I would mention is the dial itself is quite large so it looks better on larger wrists, but it still turned out great!

Beautiful Design, Terrible Execution, and Zero Support. I was thrilled to receive this watch as a gift, but my excitement quickly turned to frustration. The clasp is so poorly designed that the watch is simply unusable. My gift-giver tried diligently to contact the company for warranty support, even sending pictures of the faulty clasp, but they were met with complete silence. This company's lack of customer service is appalling. If you value your time and money, steer clear.

I have asked support to close my account immediately over 12 times. Still not closed.

This experience has been beyond frustrating. My very first email was to provide an updated address because the original one was outdated, and there was no way to update it myself—only through their customer service email. Despite maintaining communication throughout the entire process, driving to the old address in an attempt to retrieve the package, and waiting THREE MONTHS for a response, they still resent my order to the incorrect address I had already told them was wrong.

Even after I reached out immediately to verify the address, they failed to respond. The lack of communication, poor service, and disregard for customer care are unacceptable. If you want a 5-star review, start by actually providing 5-star service.

I recently had a very frustrating experience with this company that I feel compelled to share. I ordered a watch from them, but unfortunately, they sent it to the wrong address—not just once, but twice. I reached out to their customer service right away, expecting a quick resolution, but was met with radio silence for weeks. After months of waiting, I finally heard back, but by that point, my patience had completely worn thin.

The lack of communication and the constant mistakes were incredibly disappointing. It's one thing to make an error, but the complete disregard for timely responses or even a sense of urgency is what really made this experience stand out in the worst way. Waiting three months for a response is completely unacceptable, and to have my order mishandled twice makes me question the company's professionalism.

Needless to say, I will not be ordering from them again, and I would advise others to proceed with caution if they are considering making a purchase. A company that fails to resolve issues quickly and keeps customers in the dark for months is not one I can trust.

Been 22 days. MY WATCH HASNT EVEN SHIPPED, I wanted to swap from the Thor to the Fenrir. They put me through this whole song and dance about sending a PICTURE to “avoid any confusion because this company doesn’t know the names of their own products. AND IT STILL HASNT EVEN SHIPPED AFTER 22 DAYS! I requested a refund Sunday and haven’t heard back. Do not order from this company.

I ordered 2 watches in combo deals and very poor quality. One was faulty with its hour hand fallen inside the dial. So I returned both. Now no response on returned item or refund. Several emails and messages chasing the refund. No update at all. Very poor customer service and fake description on quality. Never buy their watches.

It took a while to come in, but I bought it for myself & didn't need it in a specific time frame. I love this watch. It's so cool how much it looks like a wheel with the brake caliper & rotor. Spinning rim consistently spins with movement. Really nice appearance & design.

I bought 2 watches from Magnus. The fact you can design them yourselves is great. Very reasonably priced and the fact we got 2 extra wrist straps is really handy. It comes with tools so you're able to adjust the size of the straps yourself. They arrived relatively quickly & packaged well.

Absolutely terrible. I placed my order in November for a Christmas gift which never arrived. I've sent 3 emails inquiring where my order was, last email requesting a refund. I have not received any emails from this company. Nor have I received a refund.

Next to zero customer service. Got the wrong watch over a month ago and Magnus Watches said they shipped the correct one after jumping thru hoops. Then I get another email a week later saying "Could you please send us the following pictures?

The SKU label and the appearance of the package.
The actual product you received.
I would not purchase from them again and have warned others

Watch is not wearable due to the clip being on the inside of the wrist and any slight movement of the wrist un latches the watch and it's not wearable. Shit design flaw on their end. Also ordered second leather band and it's not compatible so waste of money there also. I would not recommend this watch to anyone.

A Christmas miracle! I was a nervous first-time buyer, but this watch arrived just in time and blew him away. My fiancé is so happy! Thanks for making his holiday special.

Horrible service and a scam! They never answer to their email or on ig. The only two times they did, they refuse to cancel my order even if it still show as "preparing order" saying that it was in transit, and the other time they said that it was not shipped yet due to Canada post strike (still refuse to refund). I never fot any more answer after that. I put my order on November 30 and they are litteraly gosting me at that point.... Beware. :(

Ordered watch on 29th November, website say it takes 7-15 days for delivery so thought plenty of time for Christmas. No tracking info for days. Contacted them twice and automatic response said someone will respond within 48 hours, no one ever did, still waiting. Just received delivery date on 18th December that my husband's Christmas gift will be delivered on 29th December which is 30 days after purchase. Shocking service.

But must mentioned the customer service would reply to my request for updates on the delivery at least. What was nice as gave confidence that I would receive at some point. The Watches are also nice and and it comes with a international card for Warranty what was very nice as it gives that luxurious aspect.
