When our franking machine lost connection, Sarah and Ash from the Mailcoms team were quick to respond and we had our machine back up and running within the hour avoiding any business disruption.

I have been buying franking ink and labels from Mailcoms for quite a few years and they reliable, quality products, great price, to fuss service. I regularly test the market to make sure we're getting the best price etc. but I keep going back to Mailcoms. :)

Ash (Ashley Macey) - came to site to swap out our franking machine for a new one. He called ahead to ensure I would be on site, and on the day of installation was friendly and professional with myself and my colleagues. He ensured we had an internet connection, funds on the machine and explained the features so we were aware of how to use our new device. Great service from start to finish. Thank you

Attentive and responsive service
We had an issue with our franking machine where the machine was broken and pass it's warranty period. Mailcoms organised for a replacement machine (same model) to be supplied to us. They organised the relicensing of the replacement machine, collection of our old one and throughout this process Ash Macey kept me advised and informed of what was happening. Ash couldn't have been more helpful and attentive in helping us resolve our issue. 5 star service.

Mailcoms - my go to franking machine consumables supplier
I always use Mailcoms for franking machine consumables and the service is always first class.

We have recently had a new franking…
We have recently had a new franking machine via Mailcoms and I have been very impressed with their handling of the matter. Maria, Dan and Katie in the office were helpful and patient, professional in explaining the technicalities (the finance and the IT).
Ashley - the engineer who came and fitted the device and explained to us how to use it - was terrific, really positive, humble and happy to explain to us all how to use the machine. Very helpful indeed.
It has made a changeover that could have been quite tricky into a very good experience. We also saved money on the new machine: the icing on the cake!

The only reason why I rated this as 4…
The only reason why I rated this as 4 star instead of 5 was the woeful performance of Royal Mail as carrier to deliver the product. Scheduled for 24 hour turnaround it took a week and only after I had contacted mailcom direct as I could not get any information from Parcelforce. The response from mailcom was 6 star! immediate action and rescheduled delivery for the following day by a different carrier. The product (machine envelopes) was delivered with intact packaging and on spec. I would certainly use mailcom again but Parcelforce.....
