I have had a great experience with Mailcoms. There has been outstanding support every step of the way. I had some initial difficulties with my installation, and the support team were fantastic. I’m now up and running and would highly recommend this company.

Great Service
Unfortunately our cartridge arrived damaged in the post and Katie at Mailcoms didn't hesitate to send another one out straight away, which arrived the next day. Very pleased with the speedy service. Thank you.

We have a great relationship with Mailcoms, and when we acquired our new branch, we did not hesitate to continue using their services. They went above and beyond to get us set up as quickly as possible. I was initially in the trusted hands of Ash and Maria, and more recently with Paul, who always responds promptly, with a friendly, can-do manner. Paul has been of great assistance in getting our new team members acquainted with the franking machine and I feel assured that should any issues arise, he will be just a phone call or email away.

Poor customer service. They do their testing and guess what the cartridges are fine. So no refund. I would recommend you buy original cartridges and forget this cowboy company

Ashley came with the machine fitted it without any problems and gave me a step by step instructions on how to use it. He only left when I was happy on using it.
Friendly with clear instructions. Great experience.

From Sales to Service Excellent - needed to replace our very old machine. Maria and Katie arranged all the admin and the new machine arrived quickly. Dan did a wonderful job (remotely) getting us up and running within half an hour of the machine arriving, with fab instructions for a non technical person. Absolutely Effortless dealing with this company.

I liaised with Dan (Head of Service & Logistics) via email, when we had an issue with our franking machine and then had a step by step phone call of how to resolve the issue when this didn't work. This was all sorted within no more than 30 minutes. Dan was patient and friendly. Thank you and would recommend using the support service if you are questioning whether to!

Placed an order and there was a printing error on the labels. Sarah resolved the issue and was "true to her word" and sent out more labels when a new batch had been received. It is rare to find people who do what they say they are going to do, these days.
Their Customer Service was excellent. Sarah even phoned me the day before delivery to advise they had been despatched.
I would definitely recommend this company and will use them again.

Our new franking device became available on a Friday and it was installed on the Monday! Ash, the engineer, installed it without any trouble and could not have been more helpful explaining the device to me. Ash reassured me of support available if needed (which has not been necessary) as the machine is very user friendly and working fine.
