First class installation from Ash
First class installation from Ash. Easy to understand and navigate our way around our new franking machine. Even bought spare replacement ink cartridges and showed us how to connect if signal is weak. Thanks ever so much. Michelle.

New franking machine
Ash came to install our new franking machine at work. Ash was very helpful and there was some issues with our firewall blocking the signal however Ash staying and resolved it and we are now up and running. Lovely guy a real assess to the company and very polite.

Amazing service!
Amazing service, Sarah has been excellent! A small error on our first order but she spotted the problem and got us fixed with the right franking labels. We will use these guys to order all of our future franking supplies.

5 STAR SERVICE !!!!!
Our machine broke down early Monday morning. Crisis we had all our orders from the weekend to frank.
Contacted Dan,said we would have an engineer with us in a couple of hours. All franking done by 3 Oclock and Mailcoms and the maintainance team saved the day.

A call is all it took
After my leaving a negative review, a phone call from a very pleasant lady (I apologise, I missed your name), this has been resolved now, hopefully to both our satisfaction.
It appears the couriers are the issue, but neither of us have any control over them unfortunately.
