Tote bag review
I ordered a tote bag from this shop, and honestly, it’s way better than I expected. The fabric feels strong but not too heavy, and it carries all my daily stuff without looking bulky. The design is super cute, simple but stylish enough to match any outfit. I’ve already gotten compliments on it! What I also loved is how fast it arrived and how nicely it was packed (no unnecessary plastic, which I really appreciate). I’ve been using it almost every day, and it still looks brand new. Definitely worth it, and I’m planning to get another one soon.

We found a brand that delivers on every promise.
We recently decided to purchase some wonderful travel luggage and accessories from MAISON de SABRE. Along the way, I had a simple question and I reached out to their team to answer. I was literally floored by the attention to detail, kind and positive energy and total support that was displayed. The products we purchased - suitcases, cross body bags, passport holders, a backpack and weekender will be our workhorse companions On our “second honeymoon” retirement trip to Italy. We expect them to travel along all our journeys for many years to come. They feel sophisticated but not fussy. Modern and INCREDIBLY well made! Can’t wait to enjoy them for years to come and based on the incredible, patient service provided by Carmela over several questions - I know we will not be disappointed. THE WORST SHOPPING EXPERIENCE EVER! AND TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!
Avoid Mason de SABRÉ – Worst Shopping Experience Ever! Its an absolute FRAUD!
I purchased a personalised saddle bag from Mason de SABRÉ. The bag arrived quickly, but without the personalisation I had paid for. Despite sending multiple emails with proof of my order, the company refused to provide the tag with my initials.
Their responses were slow and AI generated. It took nearly a month to resolve the matter. Eventually, they agreed to a full refund if I returned the bag. I sent it back, but it sat uncollected in their PO Box for ages. Australia Post warned me it would be returned at my expense if unclaimed. At that point, I had neither the bag nor my refund.
Frustrated, I lodged a complaint with Fair Trading and disputed the transaction with my bank. Only then did I finally receive my refund.
In my opinion, Mason de SABRÉ is not the luxury brand they market themselves to be. The product quality is cheap, and the colour was noticeably different from what was shown online. I’ve shopped with many luxury retailers and have never experienced anything like this.
I would strongly recommend avoiding this brand — save yourself the time, money, and frustration.

Excellence in leather goods
I have been purchasing Maison de Sabre products since 2021. At that time the product line was limited to phone covers and a few assorted pieces. There was an initial issue where they had sent me the wrong case and they posted another one immediately and encouraged me to gift the original one to someone else. I have purchased from them ever since.
When their line expanded in 2023 I purchased the laptop bag in emerald green. I have used it for the past 2 years and it still looks new. I regularly get comments on it, even now. I also have the slimline case for my iPad and the cover for my AirPods.
I've purchased the notebook with a matching pencil case which made beautiful gifts. I normally purchase these kinds of smaller items when they are on sale.
In relation to their phone covers - I am not easy on my phone and tend to drop it regularly. The phone covers take considerable impact.
Overall, the quality is absolutely worth the price and I strongly recommend this brand.

I bought a phone case (Manhattan Orange( and love it to bits. It gets so many comments and being a vibrant colour always makes my phone easy to find. Negative Experience
I had purchased a 2 card holder iPhone case with personalisation along with the fruit charms. Unfortunately, I had to actively follow up on my order and there were significant delays in receiving my iPhone case. I had purchased in Dec 2024 & didn't get my items until March 2025. The whole experience was quite frustrating.
I thought there may be delays with the Christmas period and gave some time before i emailed to find out what was happening with my order. At first they let me know the iPhone case was out of stock causing delays. Even though the site had availability when i purchased it. They advised they would process and send out the item. I never received anything following so I followed up with them. They told me they had shipped it but it never successfully got delivered to me. The iPhone case was out of stock again but they would send me the rest of the items. The other items were sent with no issues and they did offer swapping to a different iPhone case. However, I specifically wanted the case with 2 card holders and was willing to wait. I requested they let me know when it was back in stock. I never heard anything from them and had to email again after seeing it was back in stock on their website to ensure they prioritise my order. After about 12 emails I was finally able to successfully receive my order. However, i was left quite frustrated with the whole experience which has turned me off from trying to purchase any items from them despite enjoying the designs. The responses to the emails seemed generic and standard responses. I do question if my order was ever sent at the start as my iPhone case was personalised. So if my order was unsuccessfully delivered to me, it likely would have returned to the sender. So they couldn't they have sent the same one back to me?
