Map as expected but frame a waste of money
Map received pretty quickly, despite royal mail strikes etc. Map itself is exactly as expected, however I would recommend not bothering with the £9.99 black frame and buying one yourself.
The first frame came damaged on all four corners; I cannot fault the customer service because they were happy to send out a replacement on next day delivery. However, the second frame also arrived damaged so I ended up requesting a refund for the frame. Disappointing that both frames were damaged as it was a Christmas present, however their customer service was really efficient and helpful. I should have read the reviews first as there are multiple complaints about the frames and their condition upon arrival.

Really nice picture but the frame was damaged upon opening and had to buy a replacement. Sad considering you pay extra for the frame

Engagement present
Due to postal strikes I did not receive my parcel- when contacted Maps for moments this was rectified straight away with prompt delivery. Was very pleased with my poster which was for a engagement present and it takes pride of place in the recipients home.

Great Product, but very late
Product is as described and is of good quality so has made a great Christmas gift, but didn’t arrive until the 29th December (2 weeks after ordering). However, this could have been down to the postal strikes/backlog.

I ordered the photo to be A4 and I got an A4 sized frame and it was too big for the frame. Most likely my fault with the frame size so no big deal, just trimmed it down a bit x

Really happy with the results and the fact you can get the exact map of the night you met your love one was a good touch. Only rated 4 stars due to the frame options could a variety of colours and better size options example of an a2 frame with a3 mount, which I brought separate from Amazon for 23 pound but other than that 🙌

Hi Vicky, thank you for your review. I am sorry to hear you did not receive your order in time for Christmas. I can see that your order was placed on the 14th December and dispatched the same day by our warehouse team.
There were many Strikes ongoing throughout December which did cause some disruption. Although courier delays are completely out of our control we understand the frustration caused.
I can see that the delivery of your order was attempted by Royal Mail on the 28th December however you arranged to collect this on the 29th December from the Post Office.

The star map itself is lovely
The star map itself is lovely, very good quality, however I also added the frame onto it and I was very disappointed, the frame i got was tiny and can barely fit half the star map, £7 add on and it’s useless
Other than the frame I was happy with my product, I would order again, just not with the frame next time haha

I still haven’t received my parcel or a confirmation email so to receive a email asking how my experience was is a bit of a joke. I ordered my parcel 10 days ago with the promise of it being delivered within 1-3 days. I am still waiting…. I have rang your helpline just to be told that it should be here in a few days. That was 4 days ago.

I can see that your order was placed on the 11th December and dispatched the next day by our warehouse team.
