Virkelig dårlig og ærgerlig oplevelse
Virkelig dårlig og ærgerlig oplevelse. I august sidste år, bestilte jeg en glaslampe, efter at have set den til 3daysofdesign. Måtte vente i 10 måneder, uden løbende opdateringer om levering - måtte selv række ud for information, hvor jeg så får at vide at den kommer i det nye år. Rækker ud igen og får besked om at den kommer i slutningen af “foråret”..den kommer ikke..rækker ud igen og får besked om at den kommer i slutningen af juli. Jeg vælger at bede om pengene retur, dette sker heldigvis efter ca. 22 dage. Btw: havde ventet i 5. Måneder, da virksomheden så igangsætter en annoncering på Meta, der reklamerer for netop den lampe på tilbud og “preorder now”…virkelig provokerende.
Smukke ting, men kan virkelig ikke anbefale..
The delivery date has been repeatedly postponed. Rug ordered June 1st. Still not received
I ordered a rug on June 1st, when the delivery time was stated as 8–10 weeks and there is still no concrete delivery date.
I was last promised delivery by the end of September, and even then it was to be on the safe side.
After 6 months, still no carpet, just the same email (written by AI?)
Unfortunately, I have to agree with all the reviews. Even now, more than six months later, I still haven't received my rug. What's more, "customer service" only responds when asked (once the delivery deadline has already passed) with the same email that others have received ("human error" etc.).
In detail:
March 21, 2025: I ordered a rug with a 10-week delivery time. That would be around the end of May.
June 10, 2025: Twelve weeks after placing my order, I mail them about the status of my rug. The response: "To be honest, we were hoping to send your rug out last week, but due to a human error, it did not arrive with the last shipment. […] We've arranged a new shipment from India to Denmark, and it's expected to arrive in about 6–8 weeks." - That would be end of July/beginning of August.
July 30, 2025: I ask about the rug again. The response is essentially identical to the previous one: "We were honestly hoping to send your rug last week, but unfortunately, due to a human error, we still do not have your rug. [...]
We're currently arranging a new shipment from India to Denmark, which is expected to arrive in 8 weeks." After I reply, not quite as friendly, I receive the following response: "That said, we are doing everything we can to complete your rug and get it to you in the coming 4 weeks." That would be the end of August.
August 21, 2025: I ask again. Their response: "At the moment, the rug is expected to arrive by the end of September."
September 8, 2025: Admittedly, it's not the end of September yet, but I decide to ask once more about the status of the delivery. Response: "Unfortunately, your rug hasn't arrived with the last shipment, and we will need to wait for the next batch. Pre-order wait times are typically 6–10 weeks.
We see you have already been waiting for more than 10 weeks, but it will still take a few more weeks."
At this point, I'm wondering if there's more to it than just incompetence. After all, a company that is unable to place orders correctly, take care of its customers, and write a decent email would have gone bankrupt probably long ago. I suspect some kind of calculation/tactic and am considering taking legal action.

En fet katastrof.
Vi har väntat på en taklampa som säkerligen inte ens EXISTERAR. Superfin, vitt glas, handmålad med gröna ränder. Vi lade en pre-order i maj. Vi fick då höra att lampan skulle vara färdig och levereras i juni. Nej - juni kom, juni tog slut, utan någon som helst uppdatering från företaget. Det var VI som själva fick höra av oss och undra vart 17 lampan tagit vägen. Vi fick då till svar att lampans tillverkning blivit fördröjt till slutet på SEPTEMBER.
September kommer - september är snart slut och vi kommer snart in på oktober - fortfarande utan någon som helst uppdatering från företaget. det var återigen vi själva som fick höra av oss till dom och undra vad 17 det är som händer.
Vi får då höra att lampans tillverking är superförsenad för att det är så många som har cancelat sina ordrar (?). Dom ber hemskt mycket om ursäkt igen och denna gång får vi 10% rabatt haha, vilket skämt. Men fortfarande ingen uppdatering om när lampan ska vara klar!!
Vi cancelade såklart lampan. Aldrig mer ska vi beställa något från detta bluff-företag. Akta er gott folk.
Uppdatering 18/10 - fortfarande inte fått något svar eller bekräftelse på att jag inte längre vill ha denna icke-existerande lampa. Dom har fortfarande mina pengar. Inväntat svar i flera veckor.
Ventet 22 uger, stadig ingen vare
Jeg har købt et tæppe gennem Pre-order i April. Her nævner de at terms ved at købe pre-order er 10 ugers levering. Jeg har nu ventet hele 22 uger på mit tæppe, som stadig ikke er kommet. Jeg skal personligt skrive og spørge hver gang om der er nogen opdatering og hver gang blive fortalt at det er 5 uger forsinket. Det er intet mindre end latterligt.
Lad vær med at smid penge i det her!
Received a broken product
I ordered two products in March 2025 – a lamp and a table. The lamp has still not been delivered, and the table that finally arrived last week had a large scratch on the side.
When contacting customer support, the reply I received was “we’re very sorry.” For products at this price point, this is outrageous.
I strongly advise others to think twice before ordering – poor quality control, endless delays, and zero accountability from customer service make this a very disappointing experience.
Still don't know if I'm going to receive the lamp or not.
Never received my rug
Never received my rug. I was told the deliverance was delayed without any further elaboration. Atleast i received a refund, but that also took its time. Be careful buying from this one.
They are dishonest
They are dishonest. You buy and give them money and you never get to see the products. I am waiting dince months and they even do no answer. Please avoid them, they are not trustworthy.

Har bestilt en lampe tilbage i marts og den er stadig ikke leveret. Jeg har kontaktet deres customer support og får kun svar fra AI chat bot. Leveringsdatoen sagde maj, da jeg bestilte lampen, men denne er nu blevet rykket. Jeg tvivler på om den nogensinde kommer frem..

The most terrible experience
The most terrible experience. Bought a rug in March, with leadtime of 4 weeks. After 5 weeks i was informed that a “human error occured” and another 6 weeks have been added to the lead time. When this weeks passed, I enquired again after my rug to discover that another “human error” occured and i needed to wait another 8 weeks. Nobody ever contacts me, i need to discover it because i ask so. Do not buy here.
Scam
Scam: Placed an order for a rug a week ago. Messaged the business 4 times via email as there is no phone number listed. No response, no tracking.
Buyer beware.
It's just a scam, and really upsetting
We're a young couple and we've managed to buy our first home together. We spent ages choosing a rug and finally decided to spend a lot of money on one of these. It has not arrived. We've had no communication, no reply's to our many messages, nothing. I don't think it'll ever arrive based on these other reviews, and now we can't afford a new one. Please do not use this company. You can't do this to people.

Jeg har forudbestilt en glaslampe. Forudbetalt naturligvis.
Levering var lovet til maj 2025. Jeg har intet hørt og har nu skrevet til kundeservice to gange uden svar. Til Matias’ side på Instagram, hvor jeg fik det svar, at han ville bede kundeservice svare mig - men jeg fik ikke svar på, hvornår lampen kommer.
Og “selvfølgelig” en kundeservice, hvor man ikke kan ringe - kun skrive. Virkelig sølle.
Det bliver et stort nej herfra.
Need to improve customer service.
I'm still waiting for a lamp that I preordered in July of last year. It's pre-order, so I was prepared to wait. And I was very happy when I received the notification in August that production would start and would approximately take 3-4 months.
Since then, I'm waiting for the lamp. And although it is of course annoying, it is not the wait time I'm upset about. It is the horrible customer service.
I never receive any updates without requesting them and the updates are very unspecific (and so far never true). There is never a reasonable explanation as to why production is delayed (I might actually be more understanding if I would know what's going on). I was offered a refund but that is not what I want, I really want to have the beautiful lamp that I ordered. So I keep waiting, but I have no trust that the current ETA will be kept and I do wonder how long I will have to wait eventually.
As a small company your focus should be your customer and for the price of the products I expect a lot more than if I would order something from a large retailer.
There are other items, I'd love to order, but I don't think I will given this experience.

Unfortunately, I had to cancel my carpet order after waiting for over six months. I was assured that the amount would be refunded to my credit card within three weeks. Now I'll probably have to wait forever for that too.
Something fishy is going on in this online shop.

Jeg bestilte en lampe i august, der stod levering på 8-10 uger, hvor vi så senere fik besked på den først ville komme i slutningen af året. I alle de måneder fik vi ikke en eneste besked fra dem, og lampen kom ikke. Skrev til dem i januar, hvor det så blev udskudt til slutningen af marts.
I marts fik jeg heller ikke lampen.
Skrev til dem igen, at hvis de allerede nu kunne sige at den heller ikke kom i april, ville jeg have mine penge tilbage med det samme. Pengene blev nemlig trukket med det samme den blev bestilt, og altså ikke bare reserveret, men trukket… De skrev at den ikke ville komme i april heller, og at mine penge ville komme tilbage om 2-3 uger. Jeg skrev tilbage at så længe tager det ikke, at tilbage fører penge…
Forfærdelig service og oplevelse, find en anden forhandler 👍🏽
Still no lamp after one and a half years of consolation
Unfortunately, I still haven’t received a lamp that I’ve ordered ONE AND A HALF YEARS ago.
If I wouldn’t still want to desperately receive that lamp at some point, I would’ve already cancelled several times and wouldn’t have trusted in their continuous consolation that the lamps are just about to arrive the next month.
As kindly as the teams respond, this kind of customer treatment is not just negligent but borderline deliberately deceptive. If you’re not able to order let alone deliver products, you should simply not offer them and should be open with about options with your customers (nor put them on the website with a pre-order date that I’ve been told you again, won’t be able to hold).
