had a minor issue with an order but brian from mealzo had it all sorted within 10 mins highly recommend the company and the restaurant that made a mistake as these things happen slightly inconvenient but still a great takeaway so not going to hold it against them especially the way they handled the situation

Mealzo customer care works
I have used the Mealzo app for some time as its user friendly and often has big discount codes but today I had an issue where o re ordered after a faulty to process but somehow both orders went through. Luckily the take away alarmed me and I found the customer care team excellent in promptly fixing this duplicate order and payment. Michael from the team was on it immediately with no delays and no worries.
If you need a review to give you the confidence to order via Mealzo then this is it. I am very satisfied on the knowledge they can sort out any problems.
