Meat arrived in suitable packaging to keep it cold. Delivered on time.

Had a big issue with my delivery as DPD really messed up and took 2 days to arrive and unfortunately the goods were perished and had to be disposed of. Laura from customer services worked tirelessly with constant communication and compassion has now issued a replacement consignment. This lady has now turned a customer who was dubious to order again into someone that thinks this company are excellent at customer satisfaction. This lady deserves a raise. Honestly. I hope you as a company appreciate this little superstar.

Bargain buy proper quality sirloin Australian grain fed steaks.
Meat was fresh and delicious —/ mouth watering medium rare - grilled on charcoal BBQ.

first order from this company,not disappointed in any way chicken breasts were huge & very tasty no water making them easier to cook wife & i had one fried between us & it was adequate.also bought the x large sirloin joint it made sixteen steaks reasonably thick cut very nice,would not hesitate to buy from them again

Very poorly packaged, pack of chicken not sealed, so leaked and box was wet, was not sure if safe to eat.

Final update: Based on my experience, I strongly recommend thinking carefully before ordering from M&W Meats Limited, trading as Meatsupermarket.com.

I complained on the delivery date. After preparing limited samples, the burgers had an artificial taste and texture, the steak was exceptionally tough, and the chicken had an abnormal tang that caused genuine concern about its freshness. This was a quality and potential food-safety complaint—not simply a matter of personal taste.

Despite acknowledging my same-day complaint, the company refused my £101.98 refund and repeatedly requested photographs and batch details, although photographs cannot establish abnormal taste, smell, texture or tenderness. The remaining meat was frozen immediately and remains available for collection and inspection at their expense, yet no collection or refund has been arranged.

I have now exhausted their complaints process and am escalating the transaction to my card provider through chargeback and requesting consideration under Section 75 where applicable. Their handling of a genuine quality complaint has been dismissive and completely unacceptable. I will never buy from them again.

Meat badly packaged. Packaged of chicken looked like it had been thrown in the bottom. Bag was split chicken and chicken juices all over everything. When I got home flies were everywhere. Never had this from my usual online butchers, who were closed for a refurb. Glad they are now back open.

Our previous meat supplier ceased trading a while back and we’ve been looking for a replacement service since.
The ordering process was simple and straightforward. The meat was very well priced.
The delivery was when they said it would be and was protected in a cooler bag with reusable freeze bags - to protect the meat.
Last night we had the Sirloin steaks we ordered and they were wonderful. The 5Kg of chicken breasts provided 20 good sized breasts.
The minced beef will be used in a family favourite - beef risotto later in the week.
All in all very impressed with the service, the quality and the value.

The food as a whole is very good and the amount i got for the price is very good but I'm missing a few steaks that should of been in the delivery.

Your Rib eye steaks were tuff, the main joint was full of blood sloppy and difficult to cut, cooked in my normal way the meat seemed harder to cook, tuff and chewy 40% binned. From now on I'll stick with Aldi and Sainsbury, placed fair size order now I'm stuck with best part of 2 kilo of rough and tuff Ribeye steak....
