Disgusting from start to finish...packs advertising they have loads of meat in them and when they arrive its very little...on delivery the box was open..even the dpd guy took pictures..the chicken looked like it had been thrown around a room and it cost £115 for very little..i tried to contact them with no reply...avoid at all costs ..and as to you replying on here and not on Facebook or to the emails I sent on your website...it shows just how bad of a company you are

Have received my meat box
Have received my meat box. Unfortunately the sirloin piece 4-5kg wasn’t fresh as stated on theirs website. It was frozen. Have asked the customer service and got reply which wasn’t satisfactory..

Not bad at all fillets was good but aged burger meat was too solid and required re mincing and adding in beef fat.

When the package was delivered it was…
When the package was delivered it was simply left on the doorstep and the driver slinked off without knocking, I know this as I was sat next to the door working in my office! By the time I opened the door he was driving off down the road. The box looked like he'd kicked it all the way from the van, please check the proof of delivery.
When I opened the box, which by the way had a hole in the bottom, I found that most of it was either wholly defrosted or cetainy partially thawed, such as the chicken drumsticks but the most disturbing was the 5kg of fresh chicken wasn't even in a sealed bag and when I lifted it to take it out of the box it all fell out inside the box. I gave it the benefit of the doubt as to whether it fit to keep as the ice packs were still frozen underneath. The steak was vacuum sealed that's fine the sausages I've since tried but they didn't taste right so they've been thrown out. I have yet to try anything else. I am disappointed I'm sure the meat was fine when It left you but I dont believe the couriers have kept it in cold storage cetainly not the van it was delivered in.
So unfortunately my experience was not good. Hence the one star.

Great steaks
Great steaks. Basic butchery skills need to remove silver skin etc on fillets and sirloin. Steak quaintly really good considering price paid. Chicken fillets amazing value for money

Had what I wanted placed the order & chose delivery date nice & simple. Was kept notified processed & dispatched & with which courier & time ofdelivery, the meat was very well packed inside a chilled bag with plenty of ice packs to keep everything cold what more could you ask for.
