My last purchase was a whole fillet. Great piece of fillet! Well trimmed of excessive fat and a good weight.

A massive disappointment
Unfortunately we won't be ordering from you any more.
Box was opened when arrived. Driver didn't even bother to KNOCK ON THE DOOR, just left it all in scorching hot outside my front door. I only realised something was delivered because of the email, which thankfully I red quite quickly,but still ice packet were melted and there was room temp inside, then I discovered that chicken breast is HALAL 🖕🖕🖕🖕- all went to the bin. Just my luck. What a waste of money.

We're sorry the delivery was left without a knock and the order ended up wasted in the heat — once a parcel is with the courier we can't control how they leave it, which is frustrating. Although I can't fault the quality of…
Although I can't fault the quality of the meat, I was expecting it to be frozen, this was not the case. Also, the picture used to depict the item I ordered, clearly shows 10 steaks on a tray, I received 4, although I am sure the weight is right, the picture is very misleading.

The number of steaks can vary depending on the thickness and size of the individual cuts, so the quantity shown in the product image is for illustration purposes. Four steaks would have been a rather thick cut for the quantity shown, so we would be happy to look into this further for you.

Courier won't deliver perishable goods!
Have used a couple of times previously so happy to use again.
Delivery due today but nothing from DPD as usual so tracked my order to see this statement.
Sorry, your parcel is perishable and can no longer be delivered, please contact Meatsupermarket.com for further details.
What a joke.
This has caused a great deal of inconvenience.
The only way to contact the supplier is via an online form that they will respond to within 48 hours.
So no help at all, what a complete farce this is!
Won't ever be using them again or recommending them!
