With chilled deliveries, especially when packed with ice packs, it is completely normal for some items to start thawing during transit. Our packaging is designed to keep products at a safe temperature throughout delivery.

I am sure the goods ordered were okay
I am sure the goods ordered were okay, unfortunately I had a bad experience with DPD, the couriers. When I received the box it was open and when checking the chicken it had leaked a lot of juices and did not smell nice at all. What I will say though is that Meatsupermarket.com sorted the problem out fast and have said i will get a full refund.

Although the ice packs may have thawed, this doesn't necessarily mean the meat was unsafe, and if it was still chilled on arrival it could be safely frozen.

Absolutely delicious…
Recently received my order from Meatsupermarlet.com and the food is absolutely delicious. The BBQ spare ribs melted in the mouth. The Butty bacon was like what you get in a top cafe, thick and juicy. So looking forward to eating the rest of the purchase and to order more from them.

Wrong order, rotten meat and zero customer service.
Firstly I ordered ribeye steak joint but what I received certainly wasn't ribeye. I'm not sure exactly what it was, maybe some kinda rump. I did contact customer services and initially they responded quite quickly. They requested photos and said they would investigate however I then heard nothing more. I waited all day and no further contact was received.
Eventually I decided to open the package to try to find out exactly what type of meat they had sent me. When I did the smell that hit me was terrible. The meat has obviously gone bad and was completely inedible,
I had ordered previously from this company and there were no issues but on this occasion i am disgusted. The wrong meat was sent, the meat was bad and the customer service was awful. Avoid this company!
