Great information on telephone call and very easy online application

I had considered the matter of cremation for some time and having discussed the issue with my daughter and son decided to do some research.
After contacting a number of companies I spoke to Jill at Memorial Funerals and found her response very clear, straightforward and understandable. It was therefore easy to decide to go ahead with a funeral plan

Myself and my partner could not have had a better experience with Memoria. Everyone we interacted with was compassionate and helpful. Sam D took our initial enquiry and talked through options with us. It is largely thanks to the conversations we had with her that we chose Memoria. Our funeral arranger Rhonda M was absolutely brilliant, nothing was too big or too small and everything was arranged with care and according to our wishes, including late in the day alterations and requests. She kept us well informed throughout the process. Her kindness at such a difficult time was so appreciated, and we will always be grateful to her for supporting and enabling us to create a fitting tribute to, and a beautiful celebration of, my partner's dear mum. Our funeral director and celebrant Nigel S was wonderful. He crafted and delivered a respectful, fitting and rather beautiful eulogy and the service was exactly as we had planned. He also went above and beyond to fulfill a last-minute request. Thank you once again, we couldn't have done it without you. We would not hesitate to recommend Memoria.

When I needed to my funeral I wanted to Co-Op Funerals. They were really hopeful and kind so I did accept my funeral from them. Paperwork has been sent to me. I can now have life until I passed away. Thank you so much.

Such a professional service , during the worst time of my life. Sam was lovely throughout.
Only draw back was my paying for delivery of the ashes , but the delivery date was going to be after the internment, so i had to go and collect the ashes.

Had a great personal time talking to the person about our requirements for i funeral arrangements gave 5 stars
