A huge thank you to Tracey who made the whole process so easy and comfortable for us, we feel very confident and happy with our Memoria choice.

I was impressed by the prompt response to my enquiry and the thoroughness of Karens' attention to detail.
The whole process was very quick and covered everything that I required.

I am having to make plans due to my recent diagnosis. I was treated with care and respect.
The price of the plan was favourable too.

I found the staff excellent, understanding and go out.of their way to help you and sort things out to your satisfaction.
And they are easy to talk to and very professional and put your mind at ease.
I could name one particular member of staff who dealt with me, but I suspect others are equally as good at this difficult job from the brief conversations I had with those ladies as well, so I am confident that you would be handled the same way at Memoria, whoever you talk to.

Purchased a pre paid funeral plan for both my wife and myself. Shaun, the representative was brilliant. He clearly guided me through the process, explaining each part fully. Documents were then very quickly emailed to both my wife and myself. I would thoroughly recommend this company for their help in what is quite a emotional thing we have to do at some stage in our lives. Thank you Memoria.

Spoke to a lovely lady who made me feel very comfortable, she explained everything from start to finish and it was just what I was looking for.

Customer service, and communication this company's employe showed me was outstanding . Over a few months they gave our family time to ensure we had the right plan and the right company, they didnt spam us with silly emails saying your offer is running out, just 1 thoughtfully worded text message from whi i spoke with Shaun, as a reminder that they still had our enquiry open were happy to discuss any question if we had them . A very usefull conversation was had that re assured me of no hidden fees, and even small details like asking if I was recovering from a recent operation we'll.. genuinely after working in customer services for over 25 years this guy has shown me the best example I have ever seen . He listened, asked questions, laughed with me and generally new what it was he was doing, albeit a sales man he did more than sell us a funeral plan, he sold us trust that we have made the right choice .. I suppose with something like this only time will tell if the service we have bought reflects what we have been sold . However our very positive experince at this early stage has me hoping mum will have a respectable and peacefully send off when the time comes.

Karen was awesome didn't rush it wasn't speaking from a script completely made sure I understood everything very patient and professional couldn't recommend Memoria and Karen enough.

Easy to do, been meaning to do this for a few years and these people make no fuss are concise and clear.

From start to finish of setting up my plan Gill was absolutely amazing, answered every question I had, accommodated every requirement and was so professional yet caring, would 100% recommend!

Advert is a bit misleading. It could show ( upfront) the price of an immediate cremation service, and the price of a future cremation.

That said, the customer service was excellent 👌.

Very efficient and sympathetic when my Dad passed away recently , Sam Duffett dealt with everything for us everything was done quickly and she kept us informed regularly , at a very sad time we felt that Memoria was looking after us .excellent service would definately recommend

My wife and I had been thinking of a prepaid funeral plan for both of us for a while but kept putting it off. We finally decided to sort once and for all and came across Memoria Funerals online and contacted them via their online form.

Gill called me the next day. She took time to go through the types of plans available and emailed all of the information over for the plan we had chosen. Gill called me again today at the agreed time to finalise everything.

Gill is a lovely, compassionate and understanding lady who puts you at ease on a topic which isn't always easy to talk about.
