Awful customer service. Product is unreliable despite being nice looking. Two year warranty on leather Apple Watch bands is a con - Mintapple will swirl their way out of honouring their warranty and their staff refuse to specify what is covered under the warranty.

I have had many watch straps and bands for my Apple watch and I have to say that I am so pleased with my recent purchase of the perfect fit premium silicone strap, I’d say that they are gorgeous and beautifully packaged, I bought two straps and now I would like one in every colour, definitely my favourite straps so far, I highly recommend Mint Apple and these straps as you will not be disappointed.

Great website and great case! Very premium looking and feel. Probably the best looking case I have owned. I’ve received a number of compliments on both the phone case and mag safe card holder.

Really fantastic service and excellent quality products.

Absolute garbage quality. Essentially what every other bad review on here says. Excited when it arrived as it looked great. Very quickly after normal use the leather peels away to reveal cheap plastic case, the seals basically disintegrate and you’re left with some £70 ugly case falling apart. Customer service of the company is absolutely pathetic they won’t respond. Haven’t had it for more than 1 year so just stay away.

Shame as I was so pleased when it arrived, it looked great and was beautifully packaged.

I’ve been waiting for a response to a quality complaint email for 3 weeks and have chased weekly and still not had a reply. I have tried the contact us form, two email address, Instagram and Facebook.

They claim to be a luxurious and premium brand but the product quality is really poor and deteriorated after 1 month. I expected the product to be much longer lasting due to the price. You are better off buying a cheap watch strap off amazon.

Would not recommend. Extremely poor brand all round.

If I could give a minus rating it would be better. Although I did get a response, I was told my inquiry for a refund or exchange was too late, being at 32 days which was above their 28 day policy. This was over the Christmas and New Year period too.

Like other users there has been no reply to the contact form on the company’s website. I was bought an expensive personalised phone case by my partner of which my phone has begun slipping out of. It started in the bottom left corner and now it’s the whole left side of the case. The case was meant to be a snug fit for an IPhone 15 Pro. We did manage to find an email address it’s info@ and then mintapple.co.uk (this page won’t allow email addresses) but they told us the fault was part of their design (yes you read that correctly!) and they’re not prepared to do anything to help.

Bought the iphone case which started falling apart in a few weeks. Emailed the company, filled in the online with no reply

I made a mistake with one of my orders and wanted to rectify before the items shipped. Response from Mintapple straight away and everything sorted out without any fuzz! They even refunded me for postage for one of my orders and consolidated the delivery of two separate order into one. Amazing!

Fantastic customer service and high quality products

Poorly made product. Leather iPhone cases deteriorate extremely quickly. For the price and they they promise, this is unacceptable

Avoid purchasing from this company - purchased a iPhone 15 Pro Case supposedly in top grain leather. The quality of product is very poor as it deteriorates badly over a very short period of time. The leather peels away from the case and the leather discolours - in my case this all happened within a few months of owning. Informed by customer service that this was standard wear and tear - and they had no desire to resolve the matter. Hugely disappointed in the product and the company. AVOID.

I placed an order on a weekend but didn't put next day shipping and needed order for birthday present. I emailed mintapple to see if I could pay extra for speedy delivery and they said they would do free if charge. Extremely quick to reply and fab customer service !

Poorly made product and poor customer service when I asked for a replacement.

They agreed to recreate my AirPod case as the personalised lettering wasn’t correctly centred but refused to alter the lettering (I suggested removing the full stop as it would help centre the lettering). They also said they’d require me to pay for postage. Ultimately I didn’t think paying an extra £10 was worth it for the same product back as it didn’t really fit the case particularly well and kept coming off from time to time.

The product looks premium, but it’s poor.

Very poor quality Milanese watch strap, with an expensive price tag (£100). Pulled and snagged on clothing and ruined the strap. Was originally sent a replacement after this happened within the first month or so of wearing as a ‘gesture of good will’, however this happened again and overall only had the second strap a few months and this snagged on clothing worse than the first one but customer service were not interested.
Very disappointed, would not recommend and from the other reviews which I have only just read this seems to be a recurring pattern with a lot of products. Please don’t waste your money and time.

Purchased an iPhone 15 plus case in leather. It has lasted only eight months despite costing over £70. The leather has peeled away from the case edge and now pieces of the plastic hard case have crumbled off. Appalling. I have asked for a refund. They replied saying their warranty is only 6 months so despite selling me a premium case that has already months crumbled into uselessness eight months post arrival they don’t care. Avoid this company

Please please do not buy from this company. They promote high end iPhone covers. I paid £60.00 including shipping for a high quality leather top grain product on 30 March this year. I only did this because there leather was supposedly better than apples own brand. I was slightly disappointed that the cover doesn’t cover the whole phone at sides. The corner of the phone kept coming out of the case a month after changimg the display protective cover. I noticed this was a split in the corner. Mintapple say it was dropped but they probably say that to all their customers and they can’t prove this. If this is the case that’s what their products are supposed to do protect ur phone.I expect they won’t care less. Mintapple have taken no responsibility for this which makes there guarantee invalid. You can also see by other reviews of this company how you are paying a lot of money for a very mediocre quality case. As I expected no responsibility for poor workmanship. Do not touch this company
