I have been purchasing from Mintapple for a number of years & always overjoyed with all my products.
The quality & the choice is amazing & love wearing my watch so much more now with all the different styles & colours have bought over the years.
The products always arrive in a timely manner & beautifully presented .

The worst. Their return policy says 14 days and after they inspect it. Also you have to pay for the return shipping to the UK. They require you to send a photo too. I sent a photo, showed no issues. They said send it back, this is all within 2 days of delivery. Jokes on me, the postal service took longer than 14 days to deliver and they said I scratched it so I can only get a gift card. Don’t purchase, not customer friendly.

After back an forth with this company, I stand by what I said. NOT CUSTOMER FRIENDLY. I re-forwarded the picture I sent to them originally and still will not refund. DO NOT BUY!!!!

Returns policy states 14 days from delivery. I emailed requesting a refund on day 14 (which in itself is extremely outdated). I was told I couldn’t have a refund as my 14 day period ended at 9.37am as that’s the time total mail delivered 14 days ago. Which is a joke but more so because there was no mention of this exact time of day rule in their returns policy when I ordered. Just seems like a joke company to me

Apple Watch strap bought as a birthday gift for my wife - paint starting wearing off after only a couple of week's wear. Tried to arrange a replacement but Mintapple claimed that wearing perfume can affect the product and refused to consider a replacement. Customer service is appalling, don't buy from this company. On further research it turns out they are a tiny import business with clearly no regard for their customers. Avoid like the plague

I can only suggest that everyone else looks at where you have hidden the returns button - knowwhere to be seen where all other websites would have it under Support - but hidden below the bottom of the page so you think it covers you - really underhand and dishonest - why not out it with everything else so people can acctualy see that you will pull a fast one if they don't like your over priced product??Didn't arrive next day and was charged a lot - only got a message about possible delay after placing the order for next day and paying. I want to return the item but there is nothing on the webiste about returns even if you search - how can a company not offer returns for online purchases? I would agree with another post that they are overpriced and the customer service is questionable. The response I got was like the other customer that they would not offer a return and do not display a retuens policy - is this legal? I would stay well clear of them as very overpriced and non existent customer service

Terrible experience from start to finish. The product was very poor, no better quality than a £20 strap from Amazon, but I got suckered into £100 because of some nice online advertising. When I tried to return the product I got a straight refusal, with the Mintapple 'rep' (I say that guardedly - his company reports show that there is only 1 employee) claiming that I had damaged the product - despite the thing being on my wrist for less than 3 minutes while I worked out if it was suitable or not. If damage had occurred in that time, then the quality of the product is even worse than I feared and, regardless of that, his refusal to accept a refund is just bad practice. Don't be fooled by the positive reviews, this is one to avoid at all costs.

Waiting a week for any response from customer service! Have sent two follow up emails and still nothing. The absolute worst customer experience I have ever had. Feels like a scam.

I ordered a watch strap before Christmas as a gift. It was the Alligator Embossed Leather strap in grey. I have since requested to make a return on the product for a refund (the box is completely unopened) and have been informed it is not eligible for a refund as it was 'made to order'. To be clear, I had no personalisation on the product and simply chose the options from the drop down lists provided (which you have to do!). It was not clear what so ever that the item was 'made to order' or customised in any way. I have checked again on the product page and I believe what this company is doing is entirely unethical, misleading and not the way a reputable company who have their customers best interests in mind would operate. Whilst you can find in the depths of a lengthy 'full returns and exchange policy' that made to order items are non refundable, it is not made clear at any point that this particular item is made to order and non refundable. Such important information should be made explicit and there should be absolutely no room for misunderstanding. I would never have purchased the item if it was not eligible for returns and believed I had checked the company's returns policy thoroughly. It was not clear to me that this product was made to order and as such (since I had made no personalisations) I would never have expected this to apply to my product. 'Made to order' is mentioned once the product is in the bag, but it is at the end of the description in the same font, colour, size - it is not at all clear and certainly at no point is it made clear the item is non refundable. They were very quick to reply on two occasions to inform me the item was non refundable - they have yet to reply to my challenge that the item is not clearly marked as such on their website...

*Update - it was not 'great' to discuss it this week... we have had no communication. They have finally responded to me (and I should note in a very different tone to the one used in their public response here) to maintain their stance and to advise me against leaving them reviews and contacting them via social media. The weirdest and most unethical customer experience I have ever had hands down.

Even during the postal strike and Christmas rush, my watch strap arrived in time and in a beautiful presentation box. The communication throughout was excellent and of course the product is gorgeous.

Great product and excellent customer service. I recently purchased several times from Mintapple (several Airpod Pro cases and an alligator watch bracelet). All arrived very quickly and are of excellent quality.

I also mistakenly purchased the wrong fittings on the watch strap, so I purchased another to save time (it was for a b-day gift), and they are very kindly accepting the return of the original item.

Definitely recommend them and will not hesitate to shop with them in the future.

I have had the genuine leather band for less than 6 months and there are some pieces of the side of the band starting to tear away. Customer service has refused to replace despite claiming to have only seen this issue twice before and have blamed it on poor care (not the case, it is cleaned and conditioned regularly like any leather product should be). For the price, I would not recommend this vendor. Instead go for the cheaper amazon purchase and recycle then replace as necessary.

The Apple watch strap they sell is expensive (essentially £100), which would be ok if the quality was there, but it isn't. Despite being leather, and all the packaging and labels telling you it’s premium product, it just looks a bit "plasticky" and nowhere near what you'd expect at that premium price. I tried to return it, I didn't even put it on my watch, but was told I couldn't as it was a "made to order" item. A totally ridiculous statement, as it is made up of two stock parts, and could easily be re-sold. Regarding the standard Mintapple response below, it would be good for them, also in their reply, to outline what are the steps in how this product is “built” that make it so bespoke, what steps beyond pick stock strap (one of a limited number of options), add stock clasp (one of a limited number of options) check, and ship to customer, are carried out? I’d be extremely surprised if they didn’t already have a few of each option already pre-assembled for efficiency. There is no made to measure, no “one off” or “individual” element to this product. The strap wasn’t even monogrammed and was shipped more or less immediately, so couldn’t possibly be described as a made to order/bespoke product. It actually had a tag that implied it could be returned. Mintapple, what was the function of that? To me this is just to echo what real luxury goods companies do with their watches as part of their effort to convince you that an overpriced, substandard, product is something worth the money. And they know a lot of people will not be happy with the quality once received so they try and prevent returns by incorrect use of the term bespoke/ custom made etc with stuff buried in the T&Cs. Their replies to emails are template, crudely prewritten statements quoting (out of context) consumer law, showing they fully anticipate these complaints. It highlights well their total lack of respect for customers. Their position is totally without base and can be pursued, which is what I am doing, both with trading standards and the ASA - despite what they say below. If you have had a similar experience with this company you can very quickly, and easily, submit a complaint to the Advertising Standards Authority, using an online form. They are collecting people’s experiences. But, if you are lucky enough not to have bought already, avoid this cynical company!!! Note: as a further indication of Mintapple's mentality, they tried to hide this review by flagging it as containing "harmful" or "illegal" content which Trustpilot dismissed quickly without requiring edits. If they are a reputable company, why would they try that before aiming to address the points raised?

When trying to determine which colour I wanted for the alligator leather Apple strap, I reached out to the MintApple team. They responded quickly with pictures which greatly helped me decide. Their promptness and customer care confirmed to me that this was going to be a good purchase with a company that will back up their product.

I love the quality of the leather, the colour is fantastic - all of these aspects are great. However, a serious issue is with the clasp. It just doesn't grip the strap sufficiently. So consequently, I constantly have to adjust it. It is repeatedly coming loose, which is frustrating. I didn't mind paying the extra for such a good quality watch strap; however, the problem with the clasp is virtually making it unwearable.

Update 20-10-2022: Many thanks for the replacement clasp. This has now resolved the issue. Excellent response and expedient resolution - much appreciated. Wonderful customer service.

Ordered an AirPod case for my daughter today as it was recommended by the Cosmopolitian. I realised after reviewing the order confirmation that I'd ordered the incorrect one. After sending a request to exchange for the Airpod Pro version, I had a prompt response and was able to exchange for the correct case. Thank you Mintapple. Your customer care is superb!
