Still Waiting
Ordered some items on the 27th March.
Have just received an email today 2nd May saying that my items will be with me next week.
They clearly hold no actual stock and don't make this very clear.

Hi Harley, I am afraid there appears to be some confusion. As per the emails sent to you today from my colleague Emma, your order was placed on 12th April, due to some of our stock in our European warehouse we confirmed BEFORE you placed your order, and also in an email on 12th April confirming delivery time. Emma proactively emailed you to say we had a missing product, very rarely happens, when your order went for despatch. Emma emailed you straight away to confirm, to add a couple of extra days to your anticipated delivery day, but we could send all your other products.
You have stated in your review and your emails of an order placed on 27th March, which we have confirmed we have no record of.
I would like to personally invite you to our premises if you are ever passing and we can show you a warehouse full of stock and a cup of coffee! To say we don't hold stock is incorrect, we have a full UK warehouse, with a great team working in it.
Please let Emma know what you would like to do, as she has your order ready to send.
Thanks Alex Ingham - Managing Director

Outstanding Customer Service
This company could teach customer service. Many companies talk about offering great customer service; this company lives it. I purchased a pair of work pants for delivery to Ireland under the terms that the item would be delivered tax paid - this company operates out of the UK. The company got off to a flying start by shipping the same day, and I received notification form the carrier that it would be delivered the following day. When on the day of scheduled delivery the carrier e-mail to advise tax was due ahead of delivery, I e-mailed MI Supplies requesting clarification. Almost immediately, I received a response advising that the item should be delivered tax paid and to forward them the link so they could make the payment. Unfortunately, the link didn't work, however, without further ado, they contacted the carrier directly, made the payment, and had the item delivered the next day. One word: outstanding!

Thanks John, hope you like your Snickers denims! Thank you for your patience with your hold up, 99% of our Ireland orders go through smoothly, but there are still the odd hitch with post Brexit rules.
Thanks again.

Resposta da MI Supplies - Carhartt UK Dealer
Hi Miguel, sorry you feel this way. As per all our emails, buying from the UK in to the EU, we cover all taxes and incoming duties for you up to 150EUR. This most UK sites do not offer.
After 150EUR, we don't charge you your countries VAT, and this you simply pay at time of delivery with your DHL courier, which is what we emailed you, to explain.
The cost with the country VAT is no different than if buying in your own country.
This has been the same since Brexit, very frustrating for a lot of UK and EU customers and clients, hence we have made it very easy, simple and clear in all our communications.
Best Regards
Alex Ingham - Managing Director
Exceptional Service from Mi Supplies
Exceptional Service from Mi Supplies – Beyond 5 Stars!
If I could rate Mi Supplies higher than 5 out of 5, I’d give them at least a 9! From start to finish, my experience with them has been nothing short of outstanding.
After losing a significant amount of weight, I needed to update my Carhartt gear but was hesitant to order online due to sizing uncertainties. Enter Alex Ingham, the Managing Director, whose communication was first-class. He personally arranged a visit to their facility in North Yorkshire, giving two of us the opportunity to try before we buy—a game-changer given my weight loss.
Once there, Jim provided exceptional service. His knowledge, patience, and attention to detail made the entire shopping experience not just easy but genuinely enjoyable. Every item we needed was available to test, and the whole process felt more like a tailored experience than a standard retail visit.
Mi Supplies goes above and beyond in customer service, professionalism, and quality. If you’re looking for workwear or casual gear, don’t hesitate—these guys are the real deal. I’ll definitely be back for more when I hit my final weight goal.
Absolute top-tier company—highly recommended!

Recommend.
Always a bit dubious when I see a company I’ve not heard of undercutting the manufacturer’s own site. But, my Carhartt coat came the very next day. No hesitation recommending these guys. Many thanks for great job!

Good but slightly different item received than image
Easy purchase and delivery. However, the item that arrived is slightly different to the advertised image. In the image the carhartt logo is a sewed on badge to the leather bifold wallet. The actual item I received has an embossed black carhartt logo on the leather bifold wallet so I was a little disappointed it wasn’t the same. Nevertheless, the team looked into this for me and seems the product has since changed from when they started stocking the item, so I will be keeping the item but receiving a partial refund. Great service.

I want to commend the customer service…
I want to commend the customer service team for their prompt response regarding the delay in my shipment. They quickly explained the situation and even offered a replacement, which I politely declined as I'm happy to wait for the item to arrive. I truly appreciate this kind of proactive and considerate approach because it shows genuine care for the customer.

Greedy
Because on 12.27.2024 they had an offer on Helly Hansen safety boots, I tried to buy 3 pairs. After 2 days they said they could not honor this transaction because it was too cheap.

Resposta da MI Supplies - Carhartt UK Dealer
Very sorry for the issue, we hoped by sending your a personal email with a full explanation, refund and extra discount to use, that would be ok for you. We at no point had a Helly Hansen offer on, we explained it was an issue with a technical problem on the site. 150 per cent more clearly indicates the pricing was completely wrong, and our discounted pricing and voucher code gave you the best price in the UK against any other site and still does.
At no point have we said we had an offer on, and we emailed you within hours with a full refund, not 2 days later. Thankfully it affected 0.012% of orders and the majority of customers took advantage of the extra discount code we gave them, to get the lowest price in the UK on Helly Hansen.
Appreciate you have your opinion of the company but if at any point you need any help, please contact me direct and I will be very happy to help you.

Everything is great except they only limit you to 4 different kind of items when buying from North America. Also would be great if you were able to set up an account to repurchase and to track recent purchase history

Hi Eddie, thanks for your feedback and your garments with your logo looked great. Please allow me to check this info, as we have over 150,000 account holders to repurchase and often send more than 4 items at a time to the USA, so I want to check further in to this with the team.
I will drop you a direct email.
