Just like many other customers i had my order cancelled because of incorrect pricing on the site apparently.
This should have been honoured but wasn't, I will not be using this retailer again, as for the 10 percent off 🙄 the still puts the item at 150 percent more than you sold it to me.

Very sorry for the issue David, we hoped by sending your a personal email with a full explanation, refund and extra discount to use, that would be ok for you. 150 per cent more clearly indicates the pricing was completely wrong, and our discounted pricing and voucher code gave you the best price in the UK.
I note you say "many" customers have had their order cancelled, thankfully it affected 0.012% of orders and the majority of customers took advantage of the extra discount code we gave them, to get the lowest price in the UK on Helly Hansen.
Appreciate you won't be using us again, but if at any point you need any help, please contact me direct and I will be very happy to help you.

Hi Sam, very sorry to have let you down. As explained in our email to you and our terms & conditions, the pricing shown on a number of Helly Hansen products were incorrect and couldn't be supplied at that price. We sent your refund on the day of the email and an extra 10% discount which would give you the cheapest price still in the UK, but I appreciate it is not the price you want.

Not what I ordered. I have to return the at my earliest opportunity. Completely wrong boots unfortunately. The ones I ordered were much lighter in colour what I got was dark dark brown. Disappointed.

Ordered from here a few times now I'm sure atleast 3 times.
Always ordered Carhartt clothing mainly the long sleeved tops of 2 types and some various t-shirts.
The xxl tops always fit me good as I usually have trouble finding anything to fit me.
Unfortunately I find the t-shirts from Carhartt a bit short in length for me which is another problem I've always had with buying t-shirts in general.
The first couple of my orders were shipped from the EU to me in the UK. This time recently I was surprised to see it came delivered a lot quicker from inside the UK. It was actually delivered the very next day after ordering by DPD.

Do not trust stock levels
Showed an item as in stock. Ordered and paid for it.
Few days later advised that item is not in stock. Total and utter waste of my time. As a returning customer I expected more, plus missed out elsewhere as it took so long to advise me. To their credit a refund was made very quickly.
EDIT: given the exemplary speed of the follow up and reply (and no issues with my previous orders), I have amended my rating.

Hi Stephen, We are very sorry for the anomaly on our stock for you. Not that is of any help, we have 200,000 items on our website and this very rarely happens - about 5 products a year, where there has been a miscount/incorrect stock level. Your order was in our system on Thursday morning for our warehouse to pick, and despite 3 checks on Thurs/Friday, our staff realized our stock level was one out, to what we advertised. Very sorry for this issue caused, it would not have normally been a problem, but it was the last one in that colour and size. Hence us emailing Monday morning to offer other colours for immediate despatch. We have refunded your order within 3 hours of cancellation and have put a £20 apology on your account. As you are a returning customer, I hope you know this is not the norm. I appreciate you saying not to trust our stock levels, but there are very rare occurrences where the stock is wrong on a certain item, and this was one of them.
I am very sorry for the issues and waste of time caused to you.

10/10 Customer service
Purchased some Helly Hanson boots, the bottom of the boot split open within 4 months (excellent boots until this issue) i emailed MI supplies and spoke with Emma. Honestly never experienced customer service this good. Asked for photos along with ref number for purchase and was offered new boots or refund within days. Wish all companies worked like this. I will only use MI supplies going forward for all my work gear with this level of service. Thanks again Emma

Great experience
I had a fantastic experience purchasing some work wear from MI supplies. I got in touch to visit the showroom and both Claire and Alex that I dealt with were very friendly and accommodating. Alex met me there and had a wide array of garments for me to try on whilst being very welcoming with a no hassle attitude and great advice. I will definitely buy from them again highly recommend.

I seem to be one of few...
When dealing with MI Supplies, I must be the most unlucky customer. They always rave about how rapidly they dispatch "in stock" items, yet I have never received an order within 3 weeks.
5 orders in the past, 4 of which took 3 weeks to arrive (all in stock items apparently), and the latest hasn't arrived at all.
With zero contact or updates, ever.

Couldn't recommend them highly enough.
Bought a Carhartt Arctic Vest. Excellent experience.
Best price I could find online or in store, and cheaper than ordering directly from Carhartt. They have measurements (specific to the item) on the website, which meant I could pick the right size (not always easy with Carhartt work wear). Easy transaction, delivered within a couple of days, which was quicker than expected, and the product is spot on. Couldn't recommend them highly enough.
