Moi Moi Fine Jewellery Avaliações

Had an amazing experience at Moi Moi with Sam. Went to a few other places before hand and they were all very generic in their recommendation. Sam asked us questions we hadn’t even considered and the design process felt very authentic. Would definitely recommend.

Lovely experience, thank you

I recently visited the store to have my ring cleaned, and Cathy was so warm and welcoming. The exceptional customer service and genuine care shown have been outstanding.

The ring came back sparkling beautifully, and the entire experience reminded me why we chose to purchase from here in the first place.

I highly recommend this store to anyone looking for not only a beautiful piece of jewellery but also an exceptional customer experience.

My wife liked the personalised experience of diamond selection with a 1-1 appointment. Moi Moi jewellers are thoroughly professional and they have a variety of designs to choose from. Their free jewellery cleaning services are also a bonus. We also a special discount although the discount period had not started yet. Highly recommended them!

Cathy was very helpful and carefully guided us through the process. We were happy with our experience.

Customer service from start to finish is always great at Moi Moi, each and every staff member is receptive and are willing to go above and beyond. We have shopped here several times now and plan to come back at every opportunity. Thank you team

The team at Moi Moi were incredibly considerate of my timing needs, my budget and my wishes for an engagement ring.

They were well informed, knowledgeable about the service and earnestly excited for me during the whole process.

I like their lab grown options and will definitely consider further business with them!

We came in and Shakira helped us pick out a beautiful ring. She was patient and extremely knowledgeable and we had a really good experience with her!

Xuan was excellent! She helped me find the exact necklace I wanted and expedited the delivery so I could get it before my holiday! 10/10

Honestly, they helped me out so much, very informative and super helpful. Didn’t pressure me to buy and let me look at other designs. Got the ring so fast as well. Honestly would recommend Moi Moi to anyone!!
