We need to thank Robert Newman for all his efforts and helping to facilitate getting us to the Gatlinburg area for my daughter’s wedding. He went above and beyond the call of duty to make sure everything went smooth for us! I also want to say thank you to his Manager for also helping to make that happen! Jasmin tried very hard to find us what we were looking for. In the end we didn’t find it in the area we wanted but it wasn’t because of her. She really tried.

Ive had some frustrations trying to book with conflicting info. After calling several times and not being able to find a trip that works, I get connected to Marc Menovich. He helped me find the perfect island, and all inclusive resort which is more than I had expected. Everything was booked and paid for in a 50 min call. Prior experiences resulted in long waits, over hour call, and no acceptable option. I wish I could dial right to Marc when I book my next trip.

I am so happy Olivia answered my call today. We had trouble locating my reservation however she never stopped searching for a solution. It was nice being on the phone with someone so relatable and friendly. Even after I ended up requesting a refund, (my error, not the company's) Olivia never once changed her tone with me. She remained polite and helpful til the last second. It's too bad all csr reps aren't like her!

I could not believe how quick and easy Brandy Congleton resolved my issue. I was stressed about making the call and she was a complete #rockstar. I highly recommend.

While Mikaylah was lovely on the phone, Jordan was a disaster. This seems like a TOTAL SCAM. Every time I am on the phone, they seem to come up with another hidden fee, lie about refunds, botch reservations, and continue to try to sell me something more when I specifically say PLEASE DO NOT TRY TO SELL ME ANYTHING ELSE! Jordan's persistence to try and keep selling me something when I asked multiple times NOT TO, was out of line. I haven't even taken one trip and I regret paying Monster Reservations Group ANYTHING. Seems like such a scam that I am already preparing myself for more surprise fees when I do end up taking that first trip.

I had the most politeful, helpful and thoughtful customer support in Brianne Brown the rep with MRG. She reminded me of my membership access & rewards. Then proceeded to explain how it would benefit my upcoming travel plans (IN DETAIL Y’ALL)! Can’t wait for Int’l travel.

I had an outstanding experience working with Ethaine. From the very beginning, he was professional, and incredibly patient. He took the time to explain the different hotels available, and check availability so I could make an informed decision.

What impressed me the most was his patience. He stayed on the phone while I took my time reviewing each hotel's website, never making me feel rushed. He answered every question I had and made sure I was completely comfortable with my choice before moving forward.

Excellent customer service like this is hard to find. Thank you, Ethaine, for going above and beyond to make the booking process smooth and stress-free.
