They call often, speaking very fast. They speak too fast with their sales pitches , that usually means they want more money annually,if I'm not taking vacations quick enough. They have hung up on me when I'm asking them several times why they're calling me weekly if not daily. If they don't get to the point quickly or become rude to me, they hang up on me or I hang up on them. I paid for 5 vacations@$700 to be utilized within 5 years, now as of today 7/8/2026 that's been changed to 8 years. They change the rules as they move along. So, I'll take my first 4 day vacation August 2026,50 miles from home. I'll recoup my $700 paid in September 2025, then I'm done with them! Horrible customer service. You know when you're in sales and you do your sales pitches so much, you learn to speak about it very quickly. When I ask someone to slow down a little bit, that doesn't them a reason to get rude. I'm over it and done with the monster sales department at Monster Travel! Stay away from them. They change the goal posts! Thank you.

Booking process was okay and attendant was amazing, Rene her name. The company just didn't put into the advertise that you have to be a Canadian citizen or PR to be able to use the package you buy.

TIME SHARE PRESENTATION. Hopefully you read that this is a TIMESHARE PRESENTATION SCHEME. I was not so fortunate until I found it in the fine print on the website. I am not able to give a 0 star review. I cannot state this more clearly STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS SCAM. They charged me $900 for a vacation package. If they even disclose their website with you don’t go to it, at least not to look for vacation destinations none of the appealing ones will ever be available. I can’t explain all of the hidden additional fees you will receive. If you actually book a vacation and are unable to make the timeshare presentation you will be charged $550. I booked a short vacation with the intent to attend my friends ceremony. When I booked I told them specifically and was very adamant that I could not attend a timeshare on that specific day but would be glad to do it any other day. I was informed that upon arrival that I could speak with the front desk and they will change the timeshare presentation for me. The ceremony was on Wednesday. The time share with capital reservations was closed on Thursday and Friday. Our trip was booked for Tuesday through Thursday. I called and after hours of going back and forth with them they finally agreed to credit me back my $150 deposit but they could only credit it to my account… of course money I would never see again. Then boom they spam charged my account on numerous occasions with different amounts varying from $200-700. Finally they say for me to be able to book anymore trips I will need to pay $550 reinstatement fee.

Zachary Belica was GREAT! He helped me better understand my subscription, ensured my booking was correct, and even was able to refund me a charge that supported a cruise package that at the moment didn't align with my life schedule. I appreciated his caring customer service and the time he took to address my questions and concerns. Honestly, working at call centers can be overwhelming for both the rep and caller, but this experience was refreshing! Thank you again :)

Andrew got us into a fabulous resort with 2bdrms for labor day weekend!! We looked EVERYWHERE and he worked his magic and got us exactly what we wanted for the exact dates we wanted! We couldn't be more thrilled!

Shaunte tried her best but no rooms were available at the Paris in Las Vegas. I’m trying to make a special visit for my son who is 30 and has never been. The Paris was the advertised hotel and no dates are going to be an option I was told until after November for the next year calendar . Shaunte exhausted all avenues and I do not want to stay at Wyndham or Tuscan not the experience I am looking for. I will be calling back to get what I was advertised in November for Summer 2027

I spoke to a Ms. Carlarae Greer who was very inviting and professional. She answered all my questions and explained my options due to was trying to travel before my upcoming surgery. She surely set the bar high on what I expect from this company and I look forward to speaking to her again or at least someone on her level of customer service orientation.
