Choosing a vacation destination out of so many choices was overwhelming for me, but Dwayne Lahnert did a great job of answering all my questions to make sure I got exactly what I was looking for! It's nice to find a representative with the patience to do so!

Dwayne, was outstanding. He was patient with my questions, researching each are of my concern fully explaining all the items about the accommodations that was presented. He was willing to look at alternate dates when my original request didn't work. He was meticulous in how he ensured everything was to my satisfaction and correct. Dwayne didn't try to push or hurry me in decisions. He is the best Customer Service Representative I have ever dealt with and who the "Company" should recognize as the Superb Employee!!!

I bought a vacation package with Monster/Wyndham in December. I was called by Monster in May with an offer to schedule one of my trips at a "Sandals" resort in Punta Cana Dominican Resort. I was told it was all inclusive, included all food and non motorized activities (examples were given such as swimming with dolphins). I was told I could bring up to 3 guests (no mention that the guests had to be no more than 2 adults with 2 children). I was hospitalized at the time so unable to do a good search of the supposed resort. When I did do my research I saw that there was no Sandals in Punta Cana, but thought perhaps one was being built in time for my November trip. Imagine my surprise when I learned that my trip was actually for a family of 4, not 4 adults, and for a poorly rated resort I have never heard of which does not seem to have any of the described activities. I paid a sizable amount for "taxes and fees" for a trip I dont want.
