These people clearly work on commissions...Tony Zaffuto promised me that I wouldn't have to pay resort fees, cleaning fees, or parking fees if I just laid the extra $549 today...hes a lier. I paid it to find out that doesn't exist in this company. They just tell you what you want to hear. Transfer you 3 to 4 times and then what was originally talked about is out the door. Oh, and of course the only recorded line is the payment line which the guy knew nothing about what Tony and I discussed.

Rolanda was super impactful in helping me to reschedule my travel plans today 06/29/2026, after I shared that due to my termination from my job today...Southwest Airlines, I needed to reschedule.. She made my day, inspite of it being so eventful with the not so positive incident

When I called, I was on hold for 43 minutes. When Dacia came on, I was frustrated for being on hold for so long. She was very polite, calm, patient, understanding, empathetic. She was quickly able to solve my concern, and process the refund I was requesting, for an error I made one day prior. I appreciated her pleasant and competent service, and will definitely recommend her.

Was reserving the vacation through the company. My assistant Mya Jones was very professional and kind. Everything went smoothly and quick. Thank you, Mya, for the support!

Candace Bowe was very helpful with making my reservation. There was a long wait to connect with the booking agent but that was not the agent's fault.
Overall the company tries it's best to push additional sales when you make a booking which I did not appreciate.
In addition you have to confirm your booking multiple times which is a pain as well.

Cameryn service was off the charts. She brings out the E in service. That is to say she was excellent 👏

5 stars for Carlarae Greer thank you for the information. You were the best. Customer service in point.

Candace Bowe is the only reason that I can rate this experience 5 stars. She is a 10. However, I was disappointed to wait on the phone for over 62 minutes. Also the reservation that I was making was not available. Ms Bowe explained that new allotments are made weekly. I am more than 60 days out, so I will try again next week. They need more service representatives or an earlier than 10 am start.
