New wave financial services are a breath of fresh air to self employed people like me who struggle to get a standard high street mortgage.
I thought I would never be able to get a mortgage being self employed until I made contact with Molly at new wave. Molly, Kye and the rest of the team are a very Professional team of people who work so hard in the back ground to make dreams possible.
They ensure you are well prepared and have all the information required before proceeding to try keep the time frame as short as possible and less back and forth from the lender so they have all the information required to go to the lender prepared. Very professional yet personal
I approached New Wave Financial to look for a mortgage as a self employed person who was separating from my husband so my circumstances were not quite straightforward. Dylan was excellent and took not only my current circumstances but how they were going to change into account and found me a great deal on a mortgage. Kim then took over and was so kind and efficient throughout the whole process. I honestly cannot recommend them high enough.

I honestly can’t thank everyone at New Wave enough! We really didn’t think we’d be able to get a mortgage, but they made it happen. I still cannot believe it.
From start to finish they were so helpful, always kept us updated, and were happy to answer all our questions. Usually, I have found mortgage processes to be very, very stressful, but this was a whole new experience, so much less stressful than we expected.
I would especially like to thank George and Rachel for everything they did for us, they did what I honestly thought was impossible for some time. We had been after this property for 1.5 years and did not think it was possible after facing rejection from other mortgage companies.
If you’re looking for a mortgage company that genuinely cares and goes above and beyond, I’d definitely recommend New Wave. I will be recommending New Wave to all my family and friends. Than you so much!

Self employed morgage …
I used new wave to facilitate my recent self employed morgage.
The previous morgage advisor struggled to find me a deal I was happy with .
Both Rachael and Daniel were both excellent and found me a deal I was happy with .
The service was fast and efficient and communication was excellent throughout
They also advised on which solicitors to use and the recommendation was spot on .

Best mortgage broker
By far the best mortgage broker I have dealt with. Chloe and Dan made the process very easy for me. I never had to chase for information, it was always with me before I even thought about needing it. Found me a great deal too, and it wasn't so easy with only 1 years trading as a sole trader. They made the application process simple too. I would highly recommend these guys, especially if you want a fast and complete service.

I can not express more how happy we are with the service we have received from the Daniel and Rachel. We knew we are in good hands already after the first call with Dan, and even though we weren't financially ready to commit at that point, we felt we didn't want to go with any other broker. They have been very supportive during the whole process. Their knowledge of industry and support for first time buyers is second to none. When first contacting New Wave Financial Services Ltd we spoke to Dan who was very upbeat and positive which made us feel at ease straightaway. We were then past to Kye who dealt with our paperwork and getting everything in order for the underwriter. He was very efficient and helpful. Rachel, Dan, Kirsty and the rest of the team at New Wave were simply amazing. We were a slightly clueless and complicated case but the team were always happy to answer my many phone calls to explain the process and calm me down.
We weren’t sure if we’d be able to get a mortgage but the team managed to find us options to suit us and really felt like they were on our side, working for us and not just trying to get us out the door and collect a fee.
They also recommended our solicitor which was handy as they were able to be in contact with them too.
100% recommend using New Wave to get your mortgage sorted.
