Great support for those who do not fit high street lender criteria
New Wave were great from start to finish and managed to source a mortgage with a lender when others could not help. My wife and I have our own businesses but mine is relatively new and therefore most high street lenders could not help, without huge deposits. Daniel managed to find us a lender with our 5% deposit using my day rate from a client as proof of income. We have just completed and moved into our first home! Thanks Kye and Daniel for the support all the way through. You answer the phone when needed and no question was a stupid question. Everything was explained perfectly and I would recommend New Wave in a flash for anyone needing a mortgage when you don't fit the high street lender tick boxes!

Where to start
Where to start, I don’t never do reviews but feel I have to in this situation as these people have literally changed mine and my family’s life, 2 in particular (Debbie Brooks & Rachel Wilcox) they bent over backwards to help us in every way possible with communication speedy response and everything we needed, I would recommend anyone to use them, they remind me of a big family in new wave who want to help families like mine, so after years of headaches and trying other companies to help who treat us like a number thanks to new wave we finally get a forever home, can’t thank the enough!

I cannot thank George and Rachel enough for their exceptional help in securing my mortgage offer. As a self-employed business owner operating through a limited company, I knew obtaining a mortgage could be challenging, and I had experienced difficulties elsewhere.

Excellent advice as a new Director of a Ltd Company
As a new Director of a Limited Company, I had no idea who I should approach about trying to get a mortgage. I read some really positive reviews about New Wave on a contractor website, that highly recommended New Wave. So I gave them a call and right from the very first call, I felt supported, informed, and well looked after. Dan and Rachel made the mortgage application so straight forward for me. They took all the stress and strain out of the whole process. Excellent communication, excellent advice, and clearly outlined all our options.
