Mortimers at accrington were great, when we sold the house
Johnathon dealt with most of the queries and was very approachable, friendly and knowledgeable .
He took over from the manager and was adept at his job.
I recommend mortimers alongside another estate agents whom I have reviewed in the past .
Thanks and will pass on the good work.
Thanks also to veda banks at Blackburn.

Elizabeth Powell was a great help to us when we were unable to ascertain what was happening down the chain of our sale we really appreciated her help
We met Jonathan Cartwright at the property we were purchasing to have a further look round as it was months previous when we had first viewed He didn’t rush us allowing us plenty of time to look round Thanks

Mortimers were very helpful through the purchase of our lovely home from start to finish! Jonathan helped us throughout and got us an appointment with Ryan there leading mortgage advisor, who was very helpful throughout the mortgage consultation and purchase of the property! Both stayed in touch and kept me up to date with what was happening behind the scenes and it was a pleasure to have them helping us! Also a quick mention for Harriet who also helped us in finalising everything after the initial contact with Ryan!
We love our home thankyou mortimers 😀

Great service. Very friendly. Pleasant to deal with. Good communication. Thank you Jonathan for all your help with my mums purchase.

My experience with Mortimers was very professional and they there when I needed them throughout the process, massive shout out to Emmy and Alex for all there hard work and efforts can believe how much they helped me🥰 once again thanks so so much.
Very polite positive attitude and great communication kept me going. Thanks again

There were a couple of problems with my house purchase and poor Grace was the one that picked up my case. The sales negotiator was on leave and the vendor was frustrated as was I.

Grace took charge and smoothed things over to ensure the sale went ahead when she hadn't been involved in any of the sales process.

Give Grace a little something as she really did help a lot.

I can heartily recommend Mortimers Estate Agent Accrington branch and in particular Jonathan and Veda who did everything possible to help sell my bungalow. They were in constant contact with information, advice and reassurance showing a great deal of expertise throughout. Both are friendly and very approachable and used their experience to complete a highly satisfactory sale and completion

Overall our experience was great, where Mortimers took care of the sale of our property, and in particular having a dedicated agent was important to us. Grace was our agent and nothing was too much trouble. She kept in regular contact with us, going above and beyond with the level of service she provided. Grace was very helpful, approachable and kind throughout.

Had a great experience with Mortimers, Alex and Veda were always very helpful with any queries and as a first time buyer I had a lot! would recommend

Have been dealing with Mortimers over a period of 14mo during a prolonged buy/sell process for my mums house. All the staff have been great, friendly & efficient on all occasions. Finally got mum moved this past weekend - thanks for the welcome pack, nice touch.

Special thanks to Alex.

We valued the flexibility around viewing properties, including Sunday viewings. But most of all we can not overstate how well we were supported by our assigned agent Grace in the purchase of the property we set our hearts on. From the outset Grace went above and beyond in keeping us informed at every stage and liaising with all the other estate agents and conveyancers involved to ensure that all was progressing as it should be. Nothing has been too much for Grace who has been completely accessible, even when I believe it may have encroached into her personal time. She has been a real star and I can't praise or thank her enough. She has my highest recommendation and I wish her every success in her continuing career.

Alexander made our experience stress free and easy as first time buyers. She took care of everything and answered all of our questions and made sure to keep us in the loop of what was going on. I would definitely recommend using mortimers!

Excellent service from start to finish. Nothing too much trouble and liased with me and the buyer superbly. Big shout out to Jonathon for all his help and went above and beyond in this sale as far as I am concerned. Very helpful and informative along the journey.
As soon as the sale got into the latter stages Veda was likewise very helpful and kept me updated. Thank you very much.

An amazing experience with Mortimers. Very professional and was there when I needed them throughout the process. Massive shoutout to Matt and Jonathan who helped with any concerns and would keep me up to date. Thank you!

Fantastic local estate agents, special mention for Tom who got me the very best price for my house negotiated between buyers to get the best price for me, veda always keeping you upto date with information about your sale really organised company and keeps you in the loop about everything as the sale progresses, Matt runs a great team in Accrington all credit to them all.

Grace was very helpful with our new house purchase. She kept us informed throughout the process and was always at hand to answer any questions.

From start to finish we had a fantastic service.
Jonathan & Alex from the Accrington branch kept us updated every step of the way, called us back when they said they would & ensured a very professional & friendly manner at all times, they are a credit to the team & we wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

Alexandra was great, very personal and friendly while professional. Made me feel at ease throughout the whole process. I also spoke to Matt on occasion who was also friendly and efficient. The pair of them are a credit to your company!

We bought our house through Mortimers and we had problems with the chain above us. I contacted Mortimers to chase the solicitors on these two properties above us as our buyer were getting frustrated and the office staff did everything they could do to push the other parties to complete their contracts to a conclusion and finally a completion date.
They were helpful and courteous throughout my daily calls to them.

I had a couple of contacts before I ended up with Alex McMahon as I was finalising everything. She made sure I was kept informed at all times and definitely went above and beyond at times when I wasn't hearing back from my solicitors. If I was ever to move again (which hopefully I dont) I would request for Alex again.
