From start to finish the team at Mortimer's have been amazing, they were professional, friendly and really helpful in guiding me through the whole process, they took care of everything for me and I couldn't have asked for more. Thanks guys 😁

Alexandra McMahon is an absolute asset to this company! I think in the whole process of buying a house, Alex was the one who kept me calm as she updated us so regularly especially towards the end with chasing solicitors and venders numerous times a day for updates on exchange.
Alex is super friendly and and can’t do enough for you and she genuinely seems so happy for us now that we have exchanged. I cannot praise her enough- she is amazing at her job!
Give Alexandra a raise!!! Haha!

Thank you so much!
Rebecca & Russell

Even though you were the vendor’s Estate Agent Alex has supported me all the way. Despite delay after delay she has chased things up and kept me informed at every level. Thank you for your support

The team at Mortimers were amazing and nothing was too much trouble to help make the transaction smooth. I would recommend the accrington team to anyone needing a great estate agent. They kept in touch by phone on updates frequently and I could ring anytime I needed any queries answering. They are all very professional and lovely, friendly people and I can’t praise them enough

The staff in particular Chloe went over and above to help with the sale .

From the start of the marketing process to completion of sale, Tom, Matthew, Leaoni, Alex, Jonathan, Chloe, and supporting team demonstrated a professional and efficient service under, at times, challenging conditions. We have no hesitation at all in recommending their office to future customers.

Very helpful and informative, friendly and efficient service

I found Mortimers to be handy and welcoming when selling my mum's bungalow in Accrington. Staff including Waol, Jonathan and Leonie to be friendly and always ready to answer queries.

Great progress in my home happy Thanku to Chloe and Alexandra hope you all best. Xx

Good estate agent

Really Helpful through the whole process. Got lots of updates off Leoni where necessary

Always kept us up to date with viewings, any updates in general. All seemed friendly when speaking to them and very supportive. They’ve only lost 1 star because there was 2 instances when we emailed regarding firstly, the back door key being missing and not getting a reply (my brother also tried to call and no one answered on 2 occasions) and secondly, I posted the spare keys to the office since we live out of area and emailed several times asking if they’d received them and never got responses (until I eventually got through on the phone and they confirmed then). However they were 2 mild issues which they apologised for when I did finally speak to them.

Great selling experience with Mortimers! Many thanks to Matt for initial very positive valuation and brilliant photos and also to Tom who was helpful and proactive throughout the whole sales process. We received an asking price offer within a week of the property going on the market-couldn't be happier-honestly the best estate agent we've ever dealt with!

They was always someone to answer any questions you had

This was my first home that I bought and everything went so smoothly. The communication was second to none.

Thank you

I thoroughly enjoyed working alongside Mortimers. They were constantly at hand the help with any questions I had and constantly kept me in the loop regarding the sale of my property. The staff were considerate and understanding when I had reasons to worry. I could t recommend the company enough and would definitely use them again in the future.

This was my first home that I bought and I can't thank you guys enough for making the process flow smoothly. I would like to say thankyou to Jennifer, Jonathan, Chloe, Leoni, Alex and Woal sorry if I've missed anyone out. What a team, thankyou

All the people we had dealings with were friendly and helpful.
Matthew and Leoni kept us informed throughout the whole process.
