The rates provided by Morty are some of the best out there. I researched about 15 companies and was very impressed with what Morty came back with. This was the only company that allowed me to check back daily on loan rates without needing to talk to anyone; once I figured out what I wanted, I was able to lock in a rate at the time I wanted. They were able to close my loan quickly and responded when I needed them to. I am very happy I went with Morty!

We would highly recommend Morty for you mortgage needs. They helped to get us a great rate and they have excellent customer service! Our reps, Derek and Jack, were knowledgeable, kept us well informed, and guided us through the process. We had a wonderful experience working with them!

I’m not sure where to begin but I guess for starters Morty’s was just awesome. Their online portal was super easy to use and the personal communication between the loan officer (Derek) and the closing officer (Keegan) was great. As a first time home buyer I had so many questions and the guys were super helpful in walking me through all the steps. I originally did my pre-approval through Rocket Mortgage and after my offer was accepted I did some shopping for better rates. Morty’s rate was an entire percentage point less than Rocket with all things equal (3.35 with Rocket and 2.35 with Morty’s). The real kicker is when I received my final approval and disclosures the selected lender (since Morty’s is a broker) was Rocket!
Aside from the awesome rate they got me they also helped out with a fee I would have had to pay since I missed my closing date and rate lock due to issues on the seller’s side. The seller was unwilling to pay for the fee but Morty’s cut me a check to make up for the fee from the lender. All in all I closed on my home and the guys at Morty’s were really helpful in making that happen. Thanks Derek and Keegan!

I used Morty for our home purchase in 2019 and loved the experience, so I went back and just refinanced. Electronic process is easy, rates are the lowest I could find both times, and Rob is a pleasure to work with. Would definitely recommend Morty!

Horrible experience! They caused delays in closing due to which we ended up paying significant fines to the seller. Could not get their reps on the phone and had to mail/ping everyday to ask about their progress. Would never work with them again.

I had a great experience with Morty for my first home purchase in August 2019 as we were able to close in the promised 21 days. So I contacted Morty again for refinance. The refinance process was started on 18th Nov 2020 and closed on 26th Jan 2021.Derek and Keegan promptly and patiently responded to all of my emails throughout the refinancing journey. I will heartily recommend Morty for your current and future mortgage needs.

Morty not only has a simple and easy to user interface, but it also has a great team behind the system to assist you through the mortgage process. We have done two mortgage applications through Morty and in both cases Robert was very patient and walked us through the different options. He also kept us posted, and took us through the process explaining what each step meant. We've appreciated his insights and guidance and would definitely work with him again

The online tools for choosing the best mortgage rate vs. points was very helpful! Overall, the process was very fast and successful. There was some last minute stress to get all the required documentation satisfied, but I chalk that up to be such a fast closing.

My husband and I had an excellent experience with Morty, specifically Ian Mead and Jack. All of our loan application and the following process was completed online. It was extremely easy. Ian and Jack were quick to respond to any questions we had. They communicated both by phone and through emails. The turn around for their responses were often within the hour but no more than a day. Ian also communicated well with our realtor. We both highly recommend using Morty.

Smooth process that made it easy. Excellent customer service

Great rate and start to the process. Easy to submit documents, but some had to be submitted multiple times. Closing paperwork was wrong, despite me reminding of all prepaids. This led to me overpaying by over $3k, which was promptly returned to me by the closing company. Started off as my best mortgage experience, but stumbled at the end causing unnecessary stress and anxiety. All that said, I would still try Morty again, hoping that it finishes as strong as it began.

I am currently on the process of buying my first home, closing tomorrow! The team at Morty were the best from the beginning, quick to respond even during the holidays. I got the best rate amongst everywhere I shopped and would recommend them hands down to anyone. They made the process stress-free and very easy for first time buyers. Thanks a lot!

I requested for a quote for refinancing my house. I had to wait 4 days just to see the quotes- still haven't received them. I will not recommend morty.
