⭐ AVOID THIS MOTORCYCLE DEALER — A TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE

I would strongly recommend that anyone thinking of buying a motorcycle from this company think very carefully before handing over their hard-earned money.

A lady I know worked extremely hard to save up and buy her motorcycle from them. She trusted the company to supply her with a safe, roadworthy bike and expected the basic checks to have been carried out before handing it over.

Unfortunately, that trust was completely misplaced.

The bike was very apparently not properly inspected for basic safety before being sold. Once she had it, a number of faults came to light:

There was no oil in the engine.
The fuel gauge did not work.
The rear seat lock did not work.
The front sprocket came off because it had been incorrectly fitted.

These aren't minor cosmetic issues. They are basic mechanical and safety-related faults that should have been identified during a proper inspection before handing a motorcycle over to a customer.

The worst part came when she needed help from the dealer.

She was only one week outside their one-month warranty period, and apparently that was enough for them to wash their hands of the situation. Rather than showing genuine concern for the customer or the safety implications, she was met with a complete lack of interest, including having the phone put down on her.

At one point she was stranded late at night on a dark country lane, without phone signal, because of the motorcycle problems. Despite the circumstances, she was told she would have to pay £150 for them to collect the bike — and she was also left facing the cost of putting right faults that should arguably have been identified before the motorcycle was sold.

The manager eventually became involved, but only through email. There was no willingness to speak to her face-to-face and actually deal with the situation personally.

What makes this particularly upsetting is that this lady worked extremely hard for this motorcycle and trusted this company with her money and her safety. The way she was treated afterwards was, in my opinion, completely unacceptable.

The prices being asked for some of the motorcycles also appear very high compared with what is available elsewhere, which makes the level of after-sales service even harder to understand.

A motorcycle is not something to take chances with. When you buy one from a dealer, you should be able to expect it to have been properly checked and for the dealer to take customer safety seriously.

Based on this experience, I would not recommend this company to anyone.

And if you are considering taking your son or daughter there to buy their first motorcycle, I would strongly suggest looking elsewhere. There are plenty of reputable motorcycle dealers who will value your business and treat you with respect.

Do your homework, get the bike independently checked, and don't assume that buying from a dealer automatically means the motorcycle has been properly inspected.

This experience has completely destroyed the trust that was placed in this company. todays date on the review of writing this but it has been going on for weeks now

From initially viewing the Bike online to my showroom visit the customer experience was fabulous. The communications between me, sales (Zach), workshop & my delivery driver (Ray), the service and attention I received was second to none. My delivery driver Ray was friendly, knowledgeable & a really capable guy. I would definitely recommend Motorbikes 4 All.

Excellent and friendly service from first phone call to delivery of the bike, was told would take up to 2 weeks to inspect the bike prior sale but ended up being 3 days. Traded my old bike in and was given a fair price as allready been to a couple of dealers to get a price. Would definitely buy again from them. Leo was friendly and easy to talk to and definitely seemed confident in his job.

Very straight forward and polite

Initially told bike would be 2-3 weeks “ As agreed, your bike will now go through our 52-point inspection and full service. Once it’s complete (typically within 2–3 weeks), we’ll be in touch to arrange delivery or collection. We’ll only call you once your bike is fully ready.”
Well, it also going for MOT, reality was they phoned to say it was ready days later so I thought great, accept for the fact on delivery, horn wasn’t working (MOT fail) chain had loads of slack (60mm) again MOT fail and a safety issue. Front brake lever was about to fall off, screw was on last threads! Bike was also very dirty. Not particularly impressed

Took a really nice zzr 1400 to part x for a ducati bike had an oil leak, took it back to them all the way from Plymouth. At my own expense, they then repaired it, but didn't repair it correctly.Bike was still leaking oil this company do not care about its customers.I don't believe they do the fifty two point checks either.They will comment saying that i'm wrong, but please be warned.This company is a cowboy company taken in and selling vast amount of bikes? Thinking more about the profit than they are. The customer disgusting company avoid if you can also look at some of the google reviews from what they've done to customers you've been warned. I feel very angry and disgusted. With the way I've been treated. They say i've been treated fairly, and I haven't.They've had a lot of money out of me and they just don't care.I hope they go bust

Ordered first bike online without seeing it, so I was a bit worried and read a couple of not so good reviews. But everything was as the sales staff had promised. Now couple of months later the bike is lovely, clearly had a good service, indicator repair done as promised. Delivery excellent also. The driver explained what had been done to prepare my bike.
