Just started a subscription and really excited to receive my first box. I had a query about delivery and it was answered straightaway 🤗.

First, I love Mrs. Quilty fabric. I'm getting a nice little stash. Second, the customer service responded to my problem immediately. Even though it was not their fault, but the fault of the delivery person. I was very happy with the it was handled and with the speed in which it was corrected. unfortunately even before I received my 1st box my Mum died, being unsure if I would be able to afford to keep up with my subscription I contacted Mrs Quilty and explained my problem. They were amazing, soo understanding, they have put my subscription on hold for a while to help me sort myself out. I am so glad I contacted them and didn't just cancel all. So I finally got around to finishing box 3 and the patterns were really cute. The written instructions and videos were very helpful in completing all of them. I enjoyed watching the videos before I get started so I have a visual idea of the process to get started.

I have this week subscribed to Mrs Quilty monthly box of goodies. Included in the first subscription was a free set of 14 soft toy downloaded patterns and instructions.
Within only a few days my first box arrived. It contained reasonable quality materials a few freebies and a quality magazine with numerous projects.
I immediately commenced making the soft toy Pip the Parrot. Just a word of caution. You need to immediately SAVE your download from the email sent to me to a File on my Tablet/Computer. As once I had viewed it a few times over the next few days, I had reached my Download Limit and was unable to see PIP the Parrot again!
Not to worry, Mrs Quilty came to the rescue and within a short time the issue was resolved.

Absolutely enjoy every subscription box! Get so excited when I receive the email each month to say it’s on its way. Have made two quilts for my granddaughters and I was a complete novice. Love the free patterns I received when first setting up my subscription. Also if I have a question it is always answered really quickly.

I made my first order. I realized after sending in the order, my old address was still listed from my payment app. I immediately went to the chat on their site. The chat was not able to help. However, it created a ticket for their service department. Shortly thereafter I received an email letting me know the address had been changed. Can't beat customer service like that!

Fabulous box of goodies! The fabric is lovely quality, it sews beautifully.
The hardest part is working out what to make.
