Nach der Reaktion aber, seitens "MUNBYN", war ich doch sehr angenehm überrascht, welches Verständnis sie dafür aufgebracht haben. Kein langes hin und her, wie zB sie müssen oder sie können erst in einem Monat usw usw...Diese ganz sympathische Art, mit Kunden umzugehen, verdient grossen Respekt! Ergo alles Gute für dieses Unternehmen! 👍❤️

I purchased the Munbyn RW411B for my small business, and it’s been a game-changer. Prints are fast, sharp, and no ink is needed — perfect for daily shipping needs.

I had a minor issue with label alignment, but Munbyn’s customer service was outstanding. They responded quickly and guided me through the fix with professionalism.

Now it works flawlessly. Compact, reliable, and backed by excellent support — highly recommended!

I have issues with my Munbyn printer and as soon as I contacted the company, they assisted me on what I need and what needs to be fixed. Leo is so helpful and so patient with me and he absolutely helped me a lot. Great customer service indeed!

Not worth the money all you going to get is headaches with it. Firstly I have paid extra for the Bluetooth version and its not actually Bluetooth, you need to download an app to use it. The app than has loads of links and popup which wont let you get to where you want to, its just filled with advertisements and promotions. Now im trying to connect it to my laptop and it won't connect at all. They don't have an app for a laptop so I have to use the cable anyway. Its a scam

Great product. Was using lots of expensive ink before getting the thermal label printer, it’s such a money saver.
It’s prints out the label in under a second, was easy to set up and customer services was great. Would recommend

Great company to deal with and great products. I had what I thought was an issue with an order (I ordered round labels and received what I thought were square—the customer service representative sent me a reference photo of the productand sure enough, I did indeed have the round labels, with a very fine kiss-cut inside the larger square. She was very polite and thorough in her reply.

Would not hesitate to continue doing business with Munbyn. Very prompt in getting your purchase sent to you. The printers are easy to connect and print very nicely.

I can’t figure out how to print from my iPhone. It’s very frustrating.

I ordered a printer from Munbyn that unfortunately went 'missing' during delivery, Customer Services forwarded a replacement which was delivered within 2 days..
Very helpful and polite..

I'd love to know where the original went :(
