Item was never delivered. I had to go find it far from my home. Your company never responded. I bought the printer to print Poshmark labels and it doesn’t work correctly. I called Munbyn for help. Tech support was of no help. This is a horrible product!

I called and got no answer and left a message. I didn't expect them to call me back right away because that has been my experience with most companies. Low and behold they call me back right away. I didn't answer the call because I thought it was a spam call. They didn't give up on me. They text me in order to make contact. I responded to the text and the rest is history. The technician sent me troubleshooting instructions to follow and after going over everything thoroughly it was determined that my printer was faulty. After a brief discussion the technical stated he would be submitted a request for a replacement printer. The process went very smooth. I was very impressed with the way everything was handled. The technician was very knowledgeable, kind and patient.

Received my printer kit in a timely manner!

ABSOLUTELY APPALLING PRINTER. I OPTED FOR THE 300DPI, BOUGHT AN ASSORTMENT OF LABELS AND THE PRINT QUALITY IS LOATHESOME. THE PRINTER, DESPITE ADJUSTING ABSOLUTELY EVERYTHING PRINTS 1MM OUT ALL THE TIME. I'M RETURNING IT FOR A FULL REFUND. NOT FIT FOR PURPOSE.

I recieved my package from Amazon, but had the wrong labels!
There wasn't an option to explain the problem, so left Munbyn an email their response was very quick, after emailing I looked closer at my labels and realised although square, they were round, the circle was inside the square,🙈🙈
So sent an apology email.

The defective device was replaced quickly

The purchasing of the little printer was super easy with loads of freebies and it's super easy to use the app, I was up and running in minutes. Also the printer is super quick

Description skewed what I believed of product return shipping had to be paid by me

The printer will print several correct then they are printing off and before I can stop it or unplug it it’s ruined a lot of labels . Usually I will print 1 or 2 to make sure alignment ok then change quantity to larger amount that’s when it changes alignment

Buying from MUNBYN has been one of the worst experiences I’ve had as a customer.

I purchased a bill counter after confirming directly with their support team that it could be configured to count Colombian Pesos (COP) and Us Dollars (USD). They assured me it would work. I trusted them.

Big mistake. When the product arrived, It didn’t work with COP, It didn’t even function with USD. It was basically useless.

I reached out to MUNBYN support immediately. I provided screenshots, videos, and even the conversation where their own rep confirmed it would work.

To make things worse, I had already paid international shipping and import duties. The total cost came to over $370 USD, and returning it cost me another $200 USD. A complete loss, time, money, and trust.

This wasn’t just a defective product. This was false advertising and zero accountability. If you’re buying this brand expecting reliability or support, think twice. I strongly discourage anyone from doing business with MUNBYN.

I was able to order a printer that I liked. After getting the labels I also ordered, there was a delay with getting the printer. I was informed that I could get the printer in a different color as an alternative.

I received my printer, but the experience has been mixed.
1. Packaging & Accessories: The box looked like it had already been opened, and the included power cable does not fit the printer correctly. It only plugs in halfway into the back of the device, and any small movement causes it to slip out, making the connection unreliable.
2. Printer Functionality: The printer does power on and work, but I noticed consistent print artifacts in the middle section of my labels. I followed all the cleaning and setup steps, and I’m using Munbyn’s own labels, but the issue still persists.
3. Print Quality: On the positive side, when it does print properly, the resolution is noticeably higher than other models in the same class. The output looks sharp overall—if not for the artifacts.

Bottom line: This printer could be great, but the questionable packaging, loose-fitting power cable, and printing defects made my unit unreliable. I may have received a defective product, but my experience hasn’t matched the quality I expected.

This is the absolute best printer I have purchased I don't know why I waited years to get one! This thermal printer has been a life saver. I can make 1 label at a time or 100 labels at a time, custom labels, it is amazing!

Great price! The shipping was fast and they had great customer service. Will order again.

One reason for the purchase was that if I wanted one label, I could print just one label. It is also fast when printing multiple labels.
