I recently bought this Muravai showerhead directly from their website, and let me tell you — don’t fall for the hype. They hit you with the “buy one, get one free” deal and make it sound like you’re getting a $60 value. What they don’t make clear is the sneaky subscription they slide you into. You’re automatically signed up to buy their filters at their pace, and they bill your card without making it obvious. Luckily, I’m meticulous, so I caught it — but most people won’t.

Now let’s talk about the actual product.

One of the showerheads literally cracked at the base where it screws in. I thought it was loose, but nope — cracked on both sides. Once you hold it, you realize how flimsy and cheap it feels. Does it look nice? Sure. Do they have great marketing? Absolutely. But is it a good product? Absolutely not.

I moved into my new place and haven’t even paid rent three times yet, and the showerhead is already broken. I’ve had showerheads for years without a single issue, but this one didn’t even last a few months.

Please do not fall for the marketing.

I don’t like how even on the full setting the water comes out misty. If you have a shower curtain it blows it all over the place. Plus the pin holes the water comes out of do not spray evenly. Approximately 4 - 7 holes spray in different directions. I tried to complain directly to customer service and they gave me these ridiculous things to try to reduce the misty water blowing and try to reduce pressure of the shower head, which make it a very unsatisfying shower and difficult to rinse soap off. I appealed to customer service a few times and they kept feeding me BS.

I like that the water is filtered while I'm taking a shower. I bought this item from Muravai and a wash towel from another company and started using both at the same time. Unfortunately, my skin broke out. It was as if I was allergic to something. That's why I didn't submit a review until I figured out what was going on. It turned out to be the wash towel. This shower head has way too much water pressure. That can be taken care off by adjusting the water flow at the valves. However, my shower curtain still flops around when the water is on. It sits a little too high. I'll have get used to that. The hose is just a little short, but that's ok. I still like my Muravai filtered shower head.

SCAM! Hidden subscription, no support from the customer service.

The shower heads were perfect when we first installed them however after a few weeks, both shower heads now have hairline fractures and water sprays out the side whenever we use the stopper feature on the shower head. Essentially both products are damaged and inoperable at this point. Maybe that’s why it was a buy one get one offer since the company knows the build quality isn’t the best. And NO the shower heads were not dropped causing the issue I’m describing

I've been all over the website and even commented on an ad on their Facebook page, I cannot find some extremely important information about the product. Every company knows there is specific information about shower heads that people want to know but this company doesn't list this specific information anywhere. Not really a good look.
What is the GPM?
What is it made out?
Can't claim "high pressure" but be made out of all plastic with a 1.75 GPM.

Absolute trash. My wife found these on a social media platform. The deal was two shower heads and a bunch of filters. Within 6 months, we've gone through both shower heads, each of them springing leaks in the side of the cheap plastic handles. Honestly, I think I could 3D print a strong shower head. Save your money and don't buy this junk.

I love how strong the water pressure is and I’ve noticed that the water filter is doing its job. I just wish that there’s an adjustable attachment to make the shower head come down lower for short people like me.

BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY!!!! I purchased their shower heads and some extra filters. About a month later, I noticed a charge on my credit card from this company for $42.98 for filters. I emailed the company and found out I was somehow enrolled in a filter subscription!! I was able to cancel my subscription and later received an email from Angela advising I was removed from their subscription but they were not going to refund my money. There must be something hidden in their order form that automatically signs you up for this subscription. What a SCAM this company is doing to people that purchase a shower head from them and to take advantage of people. I will never order from them again.

Useless, would not deliver to me then would not refund. I knew it was a mistake to order from them. They also tried to sneakily subscribe me to replacement filters and I had to then cancel this subscription I never signed up for. Scam.

The shower head is great lots of pressure the filter is great thing for chlorine removal lots in are water Toronto Ontario Canada the girlfriend has some one sharing shower so I have a extra one all is good

Thankful for the service and responsive team to assist with navigating subscriptions and resolving warranty.

At Christmas time I purchased one for our home and one for my sons home and one for grand-daughters home. Everyone really liked it. Hair is actually getting the shampoo out. My skin is better. My Grand-daughter said she may need to get another for when in-laws come. Now the part I hate. I have 3 boxes of filters delivered to my home. I tried to call and I sent email and have not reached any communication. I have no ideal why I received another shower head. I really do not like it when I can not get a call or information back.

Ordering process was user friendly and delivery was on time as advised.

There’s very little pressure and it leaks…
So much for being a good product..

I like the different settings. Ive purchased 2 of them, but they vary in pressure on the two showerheads. Overall still happy with the purchase

Our water pressure honestly doesn't feel much different than it used to, and this thing is made out of the worst plastic I've ever felt. I'm talking about dollar store toy quality plastic. I highly doubt this will last more than a couple months.

May 30th edit: well in just under two months the cheap plastic connector already cracked and started leaking water everywhere. Moving this review from 2 stars down to 1. Stay completely clear of this overpriced junk.
