I found Lam through a recommendation on Facebook. He provided such a fantastic service! He converted my very precious VHS tapes to digital, keeping me updated throughout the whole process. He was so friendly, polite and just very helpful. If you have any videos you're thinking of converting definitely go to Lam! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Absolutely brilliant! Had some old Sony family videos converted for my daughter’s 21st birthday and I’m so happy with the results. The service was really quick and I was kept informed throughout. It’s wonderful to have our precious family memories brought back to life so we can watch them again. Very happy and would definitely recommend!

Excellent service from start to finish , really helpful kept us informed on progress. Delighted with the outcome of the old camcorder tapes on to usb stick, would highly recommend.

Home, camcorder footage of family from 2001. Delivered quicker than the time proposed and the quality was A grade. Going to be my go to anytime I need footage modernised 👌🏾

Absolutely brilliant couldn’t recommend these enough. Went above and beyond to get some very precious photos (over 1600 of them) scanned and digitised. I felt they were treated as precious things too. I was informed what was happening the whole time and photos were done really quickly too. Very much recommended and happy customer

I wanted a very old VHS video converted to modern media to view safely without risking breaking the precious video tape. Lam was amazing and extremely professional in undertaking the work I required. He was very fast in turning the work around and a very lovely person to deal with. I was amazed at the very reasonable price he charged. I would highly recommend him to any one wanting video tape to USB to conserve precious memories!

Excellent service, kept me up to date all the way through and end product delivered to my door!!
Videos are great, I can't wait to pass them on to some of the people in them. They also have people who are, sadly, no longer with us so it was very important to me that this was done right, and it was.
Thanks a lot

I wanted to get 19 VHS tapes digitised as a present for my wife’s birthday. She is unfortunately in poor health and has not seen these video’s for very many years. Lam was so helpful from our very first telephone contact. He completed the digital transfer of all the video’s within a week, but what was equally impressive was the communication of options and helpful updates and options throughout the process.
The quality of the final images are spectacular and so much better than we ever could have imagined. All 19 tapes (averaging three to four hours) are now on one USB stick that we can keep permanently in the back of our TV giving my wife access whenever she chooses. The pleasure these images have given my wife and family this last week is immeasurable and Lam’s price for the quality service he delivers is excellent.
Because the memories on these tapes are priceless to us I was a little nervous regarding who I asked to complete the transfers. I was recommended to use Lam by a TV engineer I have known and trusted for many years. If you have any precious images that you want digitised and improved then please be assured you will not find anyone more competent, friendly and helpful than Lam Martland.

We had a fantastic experience with Lam at My Media Memories. He helped us convert a large collection of old VHS tapes and DVDs into digital format, and the whole process was handled brilliantly from start to finish.
Lam was consistently professional, responsive, and very easy to deal with. His communication was prompt and clear throughout, and he took the time to explain everything in a way that gave us real confidence in the process.
What really stood out was how he went the extra mile. He carefully identified duplicates (saving us unnecessary costs), flagged extended “director’s cut” versions, and even uncovered additional footage we didn’t realise we had. He also helped reconcile previously unfinalised DVDs with the original VHS tapes, ensuring nothing was lost.
The quality of the work is excellent, and everything was well organised and easy to navigate on the USBs. It’s clear Lam takes pride in what he does and genuinely cares about preserving these memories properly.
Highly recommended if you’re looking to digitise old media – a reliable, thoughtful, and professional service.

Excellent service and fabulous results. Lam digitalised some 70yr old slides for us, they are the only colour record of Mum and Dads wedding. The family is absolutely delighted, will definitely use Lam and his service again.

Lam digitised a 35 year old wedding video for me. His service and speed was excellent. Thanks.

Lam did a fabulous job with my photos, which went back to the 1970s. He got them back to me quickly, which was a surprise because there were a lot of them! The colour quality is excellent. I would definitely recommend My Media Memories.

The service was quick and efficient. Communication was excellent. Very helpful and pleasant

Superb instruction from Lam. Explained the possible outcomes of scanning from such old slides. Not only were the results fantastic, but he even offered to retouch the results. Great job all round tbh. A specialist and no mistake.

Lam digitized 15 video tapes for us and he did this very quickly and efficiently. His communication was friendly and accommodating throughout. We would definitely have no hesitation recommending his services.

2 old VHS tapes converted onto USB. Whole process was super quick and dead easy and Lam was great keeping me updated with progress. Also liked that got a preview of what they would look like before going ahead. Brought a tear to my eye watching them worth every penny would highly recommend.

When I spoke with Lam on the phone, he explained the process to me. I had some loose photographs of my children and needed them to be digitised for a photo book. He made the process very easy and simple. I didn’t want to post my photographs out to him just in case they went astray as they are irreplaceable. He told me that I could drop them off instead. He kept me informed every step of the way and, when I received a sample of the high quality images, I was delighted. I cannot wait to see my daughter’s face when she receives the photo book I made, using the images, on her 40th birthday. Thank you so much, Lam. You are an absolute star ⭐

Great communication, fast turn around and delighted with the results. Thanks again Lam

I needed to have 150 60 year old 35mm slides digitised and feel so lucky to have found My Media Memories to help. Communication from Lam was prompt and efficient from my first enquiry making the process very easy. It turned out that, luckily, Lam lives not far from me so I was able to drop the slides off to him and collect when ready. He's a very nice guy to deal with and genuinely wants to provide the best service. Price was really good, too.I would recommend him and will go back to him if I need anything else.
