My Media Memories Avaliações

I was looking to get some old VHS home videos digitalised so they could be preserved and shared with family.
I found My Media Memories through a Google search and from the the first email with Lam I've had nothing but a really positive experience.
It took less than a week from sending 21 VHS cassettes to Lam to get them converted and he kept me updated of the progress all throughout.
I am very happy with the finished videos and I hope to send over a few thousand family photos to be digitised at some point as well.
I Would highly recommend this service for anyone looking to digitise and preserve those precious family memories.

Fantastic service from Lam. He took some old videos of family members passed and created great memories for us to treasure on a pen drive. Nothing was too much bother for him. I also gave him a fastball of supplying pen drives of a Gulf War video to sell for charity at a veterans event. He made sure our request was seen to within the timescale and the pen drives sold easily, making £150 for our chosen charity. I cannot recommend the services that Lam supplies highly enough. 6 stars out of 5.

What a really fantastic experience. Not knowing how to go about sorting some old video 8 tapes, I contacted Lam and from that initial contact he made it so easy to sort them onto USB files. Also giving advice and contacts on how to rectifiy a faulty video/DVD recorder
I highly receommend his excellent service

Contacted My Media Memories as wanted old pictures revitalised. Lam was really nice to deal with communication brilliant. Pictures just what I wanted much more vibrant but not lost the aged look either. Very quickly turned round

Lam was super quick both with his communications and with the turn around of digitising my 35mm slides. I'm really happy with the results (and the price !) and will be sending him some more to do for me now.
Great service all round !!

Very prompt at answering my original request. Excellent price for a quality product. Kept me informed along the way. Would definitely use again

Lam offers a first class service, he even responded to my initial enquiry I sent at 10pm, which I didn't expect.
He communicates quickly, friendly and professionally with all stages he was at transferring our old videos to USB, we have lots more to take to Lam soon. We were sent snippets of 4 videos to see if we were happy with the quality before proceeding, we were more than happy. We had 11 videos, 1 he fixed, all put onto a USB with a spare we asked for within a week. We are planning a few family movie nights to watch our memories in the next few weeks and I cannot wait.
I can highly recommend Lam and already have recommended him to friends and family, and we will return when we dig out more old memories.
Thanks Lam, you are a top guy!

I thoroughly recommend My Media Memories.Lam offers a first class, friendly and quick service which will not be bettered anywhere.I have been delighted with the quality of transfer work with my videos and DVDs to USB stick and the amazing photo repairs he has done which are like new! He has put hours of footage into titled sections which is good for ease of viewing, and with great care.Do not hesitate to contact if you wish to have similar work completed.Nigel Collins

I had 15 tapes converted and put onto 4 USBs, and from start to finish the service was excellent.

My initial enquiry was answered very quickly and my questions were answered clearly, which reassured me that my tapes were in good hands. Lam kept me updated throughout and sent some samples for me to approve before finishing the rest. The tapes were numbered, titled, and any blank parts removed, which was really helpful.

My grandparents and dad have passed away, so it means so much to me and my family to finally be able to watch these memories whenever we want, now in a digital format. Lam, thank you so much for your service. I’ll definitely be in touch if I need anything else.

The turnaround was quick, the price very reasonable, and I’m really happy with the results. I’d highly recommend My Media Memories.

Excellent, professional service!! Very knowledgeable and thorough, with high levels of communication! Pleasure to deal with Lam. Would highly recommend!

After my grandad passed away I had a lot of different photos and some tapes from a cam-corder. Lam has digitised all of these and did it really quickly. He sent me a proof to approve initially then he completed all the others.

It has been wonderful watching the videos my grandparents recorded of their cruise holidays and has been really useful to have all those photos digitised. He even organised them into relevant folders.

Lam, thank you for your service. If I need a similar job again I’ll be sure to come back to you.

I'd had 3 Video (Hi8) tapes in an old camera case for close to 30 years. After a brief exchange with Lam, it was clear that the tapes could be converted to .mp4 for a very reasonable cost. I was able to download samples from each tape and went ahead and got all tapes fully converted. Lam put the files onto a usb stick and returned the tapes to me.
Very happy with cost, speed of service and communication throughout. Happy to recommend

Incredible service. I got a vhs tape and a camcorder cassette transferred to usb for only £20 including postage. I am just delighted with the results. Such an easy process and a very fast service. Would definitely recommend.

Absolutely incredible service 10/10!!!
The quality of the conversion of our old family camcorder tape to usb far exceeded our expectations and the turn around time was less than 24 hours. Amazing value for money we can’t thank you enough

Unbelievable fast service, so personal, personable and cheap! Lam transferred video tape to USB and it has been joyful watching my sister's wedding from years ago! Wish I had more tapes to take back to Lam as he runs an absolutely first class business.Only stumbled across My Media Memories on FB and am so grateful for this super service! Thanks Lam

Thankyou Lam!
I needed a Christmas video from 2000 converting and Lam exceeded all expectations, very friendly, professional and helpful, nothing was too much trouble and even saved us time and fuel money by doing it on a day where we were able to wait so we didn't have to travel twice! Fantastic experience and would definitely use again and would recommend.

Happy new year!

Stellar service! I'm from the states, and while I was in the UK I needed to have some DV tapes digitised in a set time frame for a Liverpool film project. I contacted a handful of places to see what my options were and My Media Memories were the first to respond to my needs. Lam communicated consistently during the entire process, updating me on the status of the tapes and asking me questions to ensure I got just what I needed. He is a lovely and thoughtful professional who goes the extra mile for his customers; it's clear he cares about what he does, and his community. I'm so pleased with the results and highly recommend this friendly business!
