My Media Memories Avaliações

From start to finish Lam remained professional, offering clear concise information with integrity, diligence and a caring attitude. His attention to detail was impeccable, offering support and reassurance for precious childhood memories. Outstanding service and value for money, with no hidden charges. Lam brought new life to old slides through enhancing and recolouring each one of 192. A first class job well executed. Can't thank him enough. Joyce Greenwood

Fantastic service turning my parents slides and cinefilm into crystal clear pictures that I can now share with their grandchildren.
They answered any questions I had and the turn around time was far quicker than I expected. Very professional.

Lam was fast, efficient and produced some great quality results. Really competitive pricing as well!

Amazing service and such a pleasure to do business with. Very competitive pricing Highly recommend

First class service and nothing but praise for Lam and the team. I received a very quick response to my initial enquiry - even though it was a Sunday. I sent Lam over 100 very old and faded slides and he worked his magic! They are now saved on a memory stick and they have been restored and enhanced. The colours now are vivid. Very reasonably priced and I've no hesitation in recommending Lam. Just getting another 100 slides ready to be posted and these are over 50 years old! Can't wait to see the results!!! :)

Lam is amazing at what he does, the customer service has been great and he’s produced lovely scans of all my photos as well as very kindly beautifully enhancing them as well as sending me the originals! Would absolutely recommend his services to anyone.

Friendly and helpful, did a great job with a fast turnaround at a good price. Highly recommended.

Lam has done a wonderful job of restoring and enhancing a very damaged and much cherished photograph for me. I am amazed and delighted with the results. Much better than I could have ever imagined. Thanks Lam,

Lam was super awesome, so conscientious and really went above a beyond what other companies provide, even doing some light editing to improve the video for me. He was quick to turn them around and kept in communication along the way. His service is very reasonably priced in comparison to others out there and reliving some of the memories was such a joy. As we uncover more hidden family gems, I will definitely be using him again in the future. Thank you Lam.

Lam was fantastic from start to finish, his work is second to none, traditional values

I can't recommend this company enough. Super fast service, brilliant final results & very competitively priced. 5 star service

I recently lost my grandparents, and I found two VHS tapes with my name on at their house, I was ecstatic! I looked into lots of different conversion places, and found My Media Memories. As I was unsure on the content, as my Nan was a massive Saints fan and re-recording a saints game over the contents wouldn’t have been out of character! Lam went above and beyond, checked the tape for me before converting (to check it was me, and not a saints game) and found the most precious memories! I’m so glad I converted the tapes, and Lam made the process so easy. Very reasonable, and even advised me after the conversion process on how I could distribute the memories to family members. I can’t recommend the service enough! Also, you get to support a local business in the process which was a great plus! Thank you Lam ☺️

Fabulous service . Attentive to detail. Very clear and competitive pricing structure.
Great digital pictures. Thanks so much Lam

Brilliant service. Lam kept me updated on the progress of photos being restored. Very competitive prices and swift turn around for final images would highly recommend. Thank you Lam

Excellent and very professional service. Bought some treasured old photo's back to life and so easy to deal with.

Great service and quality. 14 VHS family tapes transferred to USB which the whole family can enjoy after years of gathering dust and unseen. Precious memories preserved.

Recolourered a photograph for me, absolutely fantastic job would definitely use again

A professional, reliable and courteous service provided by Media Moments.
A family sepia photograph that was found in disrepair was brought back to life and a 2nd copy of the photo was also provided in colour. To see the Sepia in one piece was amazing but to see the 2nd copy in colour was breathtaking.
I will be using this company again.

Excellent experience from the start. Every detail explained throughly including the pricing structure depending on the options we chose. Finally, a company that listens to the client and manages their expectations as to what is ( or isn’t possible ). We are currently transferring all our photographs, videos, CDs and DVDs - some from over 50 years ago and in bad condition - and the results are amazing!
Thank you, Lam.

Very helpful, did a amazing job restoring my 48 year old colour faded photo. I would recommend using this company 100%.
